This is what I’m talking about. East coast love tearing up that hunter pow. Feels like I’m watching a video of me and my boys ripping.

They had a massive snow gun mound that was probably 40-50 feet tall near the top of racers edge on Sunday. Looks like you went over it at 1:50. Don’t know if it’s still there but you could easily send it 20-30 feet deep and 7-12 feet high. If you straight lined into it from below hellgate. Too bad rain is coming now.

only NESC track I ever rode was southwick, but this looks awesome. wide open. really punishing if you make a mistake in a corner. sand just sapped your momentum on those inside lines. just awesome (except for dat roost. oye!). couple dudes just skipping half the track??? 😅

it looked like you were ridin' by yourself but then that 2-stroke sound kept cropping up and suddenly there was another shadow a few turns after the finish. 😄

RIP Scott Sheak. I remember the first time I saw him was at the first year of the Albany-Saratoga Supercross series. Put on a hell of a show. The series was only "pro" for that one year. But Sheak made quite a few new fans. This iteration of Claverack looks impossible to pass unless you're lightning faster than the other guy.

that last moto was fun to watch. I thought you might've put your 2-stroke buddy into the barrel on the back side. but he was right there at the end. a couple of those ruts got too choppy. I think that's where he caught you? cheers.

there used to be a pretty sick double right near the finish line that thy filled in. too many novices face planting? 😄

you weren't kidding. you'd think A and B lappers would be more cognizant I'm surprised they put C riders on the same gate tbh. I know it's an age class, but I don't like the idea of A's on there with C's. I really like they way they opened the track up since I was able to ride. a lot more inviting for the big air. on the down side, the back area uphill after the first turn isn't as gnarly as I remember. it always reminded me of the pro track at unadilla...in minature.

man. those rollers are punishing if you get out of rhythm. that's a long time to get back on track.

grats on the holeshot and overall. man, claverack was the first track I ever raced. I don't remember it being so wide open. that one straight goes on forever. (in the sun for moto 1).

Living in Albany, Royal Mt. was basically my home track. I always loved the back side. It reminded me of Unadilla with the wide open uphill and sweeping uphill turn. I can't remember the track being so dusty though. It's dusty in all the YT vids I've seen from the past 5-10 years. thanks for the upload. fun watch!

except for a couple turns, there really are 2 lines on this track. nice pass. (hopes other guy didn't go into woods) 😁 I've always like this first turn. you can really stay on the gas around the sweeper. looks a lot faster than I remember coming down in the back straight (or you're a LOT faster. heh).

wow! thanks for doing these. I haven't ridden this track since 1996, and it's almost the same layout. they opened it up a bit for longer run ups and a couple more obstacles. are they still doing just the bottom half of the mx track and calling it "supercross"? lul looking good! edit: dayum. that 2-stroke hidden between the triple was scary.
