Looks delicious! I never acquired a taste for mayonnaise so I use Blue Plate Sandwich Spread, not Krafts, in my tuna salad, potato salad and chicken salad. I think Blue Plate Sandwich Spread will be a good substitute in this tuna pasta salad. I’m going to make this! 🥰

The salad looks so delicious and I love cucumbers and salmon. The knife set looks great. It’s hard to find a knife that will cut thru a tomato like that so it must be sharp. I’ll have to check it out.

I’ll have to try the chicken sausages. The meals look good. Stay away from McDonald’s. Make ur own sandwich. I don’t trust their meat but it’s my personal issue with their food. Otherwise, u look great. Im waiting on some pics.

The skin stuff is tied to the hormonal changes, mostly! I have gome through breakouts and now THE DRYEST SKIN EVER. I have been upping my moisturizing game so much. Those quest chips are so good. The green you have there and the purple sweet and spicy are my faves! I giggle a lot at my portions and how much is left. Even just my shopping (since it's just for me) is funny to me.

Baggy clothes is a good problem to have!

I've found that the times I hit a "stall", it's when I'm exerting a ton of energy and not getting enough calories to match it, so I'm trying to be more cognizant of that. But yes, I started only allowing once a week weigh ins because it'll drive you bonkers. You're doing so great, and your meals look delicious!

Don’t weigh yourself everyday because it can make you go crazy. You have been doing great so don’t be hard on yourself. Stalls don’t last forever 😊

This looks goooood!!! For those of u who have an abundance of tomatoes seasonally, washing(of course) the tomatoes and then diagonally cut open, still in tact, and putting the salad in them is a delicious and pretty dish also

WOW! That looks so good and easy to do. A whole meal idea. Thanks for posting this. I have the same exact air fryer basket and I hate cleaning it but by using the aluminum foil like you demonstrated, yes, I am going to give this a try.

Looks good, only advice I'd say is 10 mins is probably too long. Salmon is one of those foods where getting the temp right around internal heat of about 145 as close as possible makes a ton of difference.

Since I had VSG I can't hardly tolerate eggs anymore and I love eggs!! But it will hopefully get better for you! Congratulations on your surgery 🎉🎉❤❤
