New episodes every Wednesday!
Each week, host Chris Ying and chef David Chang gather the members of Recipe Club to debate the best way to make the food you want to eat. Together, they hack and slash their way through the millions of recipes out there, so you don’t have to. In this latest season, the gang is tackling specific occasions-date nights, potlucks, late-night snacks, the first time you cook for the in-laws-and “politely” discussing whose advice you should take. Every episode of this chart-topping podcast is a hilariously relatable deep dive into deliciousness.

Love you both can wait the new season
New episodes on Wednesdays!!
Yay!!🎉🎉🎉🎉
So glad to have you guys back! ❤️
Is dave always this difficult?
Finally back!! Love the pod
Thanks for waiting for us! Season 4 is gonna be fun!
Dave at the end 😂 loved the video! Definitely going to give the recipes a try!
Please do! Let us know how they turn out!!
Seeing as I'm allergic to shellfish learning to break down a crab is not a very useful skill set.
Nice
Love you guys!❤ gonna try Dave's recipe 😜
It'll get you through the end of days! (but for real, the potato chip hack was delicious...) S4 coming in February!!
❤
I watch cooking tutorials to get away from my own brand of "whatever" response to the challenge, not really witness someone else's! 😂
We hear you on that one! The spirit of Recipe Club is to test recipes, put them through various trials or simply see how they work out when different people cook them...then discuss what worked and what didn't.
I can't wait for the new season!
Us too! New and improved!!
"Peasant" food is food adapted to scarcity as Chris pointed out, and often, is the source of ingenious food preservation methods. Maple syrup is of course available to anyone who lives in the woods, as long as they know how. Peasant food is also, more often than not, closely tied to indigenous food preservation and storage methods. Butter is a milk preservation technique, as is creme fraiche, and of course cheese is an even better method. Andean folks learned how to freeze dry potatoes back in the mists of antiquity. It's food that helps cultures survive less than ideal circumstances.
In everything I see him in, David Chang has the greatest energy. He is the embodiment of chaos.
I grew up eating grits with sugar or syrup, which apparently i learned is not the norm lol
Nice
