Loved toney's unorthodox shot,he doesn't shoot the ball above head level,& he puts it in front of his face,where opposing players should normally b able 2 block it,but can't. It's an unusual shot,but it actually looks nice & his shooting form is great. Tried 2 copy his shot,but couldn't.

Some of the best basketball games in history were between Philly and Boston as soon as Bird and Toney arrived. 80, 81, 82, just prior to Moses arrival. Intense games between Dr. J and Larry Bird. Also, a young Kevin McHale was fierce.

Watched a Sixers v Warriors game the other day - first NBA game I've seen since the Sonics left seattle - todays game is almost unrecognizable comparatively! Give me 80s and 90s basketball anyday!
