Thank you for your comment :) And yes, the chariots move in mysterious ways, so they would have been able to move without checking for courage and they should have won that fight :) Could have made a difference for the outcome of the game.

Such is the life of a chariot player 😂 I've been playing them for years and there are still weird rules interactions that come up!

I just cut out a wall segment and tried to fit it into the "column"-part and it seemed okay and not too tight but I haven't tried the ones from the "into the dark" box so I haven't got anything to compare to :(

@@miniaturesimulations3659 thanks for the update, really appreciate it! I noticed a small detail that GW left out of the latest KT core book pg 100-101. To run multiplayer ops 3/4 player games with gallowdark we need 2 sets of terrain. This comes with the W40k Boarding Actions box, but you would have to buy 2 Killzone Gallowdark boxes to do the same. So if you ever plan to play 3-4 player maps, it's best to get Boarding Actions terrain.

And thank you for your update because it could become relevant for me to play multiplayer so I will "just" buy the Boarding Actions terrain :)

@@miniaturesimulations3659- Yes the terrain from into the Dark was horrible apparently. I had this same question- maybe you did more of a comparison by now from The two sets? Or did you have any issues with this new set, assuming you put it all together?!

Me, too... This is the first box with the Gallowdark terrain that I bought so I don't know about the missing stuff but it doesn't surprise me either :( shrinkflation and GW's way of giving us less and less for the same money can be annoying in the long run :(

Yeah, you're right! Theoden used Heroic Strike in the previous turn, so he does'nt win the fight automatically in the turn after. Thanks for pointing it out :)

I boght them a year ago and these datasheet cards seem to go out of stock and rotation quite quickly 😞 I just bought some for Kill Team and I'm pretty sure they are out of rotation pretty soon too...

@@nathanbenson2237 The chariots are fun and their army specialrule where chariots and horse archers do not count towards the force's bow limit is quite nice but they lack might points a bit. The sculpts are nice and when the chariots are on fire, they're on fire :)

GW loves their 40k babies.

They are still nice sculpts I think but maybe they could have made a new alternative version so the collector/player had a choice between the old models and the new

I totally agree but I had the box and maybe I can show the stuff inside in a different way for people who are interested in the content of this box

I havent collected warhammer for over 20 years but i still found it interesting. How much for the box out of interest? Last time i got a starter set it was £50 for a rulebook and 2 armies. Looks like a lot more in this one

It says £155 on the official GW homepage so a bit more than £50 20 years ago but you only get one army in this box so you still would have to buy another box/multiple boxes to have another army

Yeah I can see that. The only difference from the old models as I see it is base size and the new duke or baron model.

It is but maybe they should both make new models and keep making the old models so people have a choice. If every model was a new one maybe some others would complain about that too so give the customer a choice so everyone can be happy :)

@@miniaturesimulations3659 So very true but since I got started with WFB over 30 years ago they really do not have anything that I want from them, since I do have large armies for the following; Empire, Elves, Dwarves, Undead (not Tomb Kings or Vampire Counts) and Orks and Goblins. All told around 3,000 miniatures and that is just what I have for WFB.

Hi Mikolaj :) Thank you for your honest comment :) I have done videos with a lot of dice throws in the past and now my focus is more on the results but I can try making videos with a mix of both. It should'nt be much more work ;)
