Ik heb nu al voor de 4x een nieuwe smart mic gekregen van de audicien maar de smart mic gaat steeds stuk. Wat is het probleem? In het begin doet hij het goed. Prima. Dan van het ene op andere moment valt hij uit . Opnieuw opstarten en dan doet hij spelen 20 seconden en dan valt hij weer uit voor 20 seconden. En dat blijft hij dan zo doen. Het is zeer ergerlijk. Niet een goedkope prul maar je betaald er veel voor maar het werkt niet. Ik hoef bij de audicien niet meer terug te komen. Hij weet niet wat er aan de hand is maar geeft geen service meer. Daar zit je dan met de gebakken peren. 😢

But how could you determine to wich one of the peoples you wanna listen too if they all crosstalk to each other,maybe if it is connected to ai internet to send those filtered voices back to you sothat you can determine wich of those voices you wanna pick up and wich one not, or it might be something for in the future,mmm.

rexton, your hearing aids will NOT pair with my Samsung 23 android. I am so unhappy with these aids. I have never had these isseus. I am returning to Costco and getting another brand. I absolutely have to have bluetooth compatibility to hear on my phone. And I am not getting an Iphone. So unhappy.

Just picked mine up from Costco yesterday. Why is the icon missing in my app that separates and combines left and right volume control? I find the left needs to be increased a little. It only shows the one slider. So if I increase the left the right is to high. I have the latest update from the Google play store.

My hearing aids are in the charger, fully charged, with the USB cord plugged into the charger and the electrical plug plugged into the wall. Can I unplug at the wall and move it to another electrical outlet until I am ready to use them?

I have the Rexton Bicore C R-Li hearing aids. When I use this hands free mode for calling people, they always complain about how loud my background noise is. They say it’s really loud when Im calling from my car and even when I’m walking outside they say they can hear everything when all they want to hear is my voice. Is there a solution for that?

Of course one if the biggest problems for the hearing impaired is hearing speech in noise (or music) so I could understand very little of this presentation!
