Dude, you have great wheelie skills, you should use them when crossing some areas like the muddy puddle around 7:20. Pop the front up and over mate. Love the vids, doing this later this year. Can’t wait

Amazing what the DR650 can go through. That bike is the true SHTF bike to have. Just works in all categories.

You can keep the rice paddy’s, ha ha! I’d give them a go in the next drought 🤣. Did both those roads in 2023 separately on my DR but MUCH drier conditions. Enjoyed them both but at my end of comfort factor with the DR & a 20L tank. Keep thinking I need to build a lighter weight adventure bike to enjoy this riding at my age (now in my 60s)… CRF300L next me thinks 🤔🤞. Thanks for sharing 🍻

i lived at border loop for years..had both the Klr and the Dr..the drs slightly lower and turn circle much smaller so easier to keep online..klrs even with lowering much harder to keep online..good for blasting along dirt roads but when they get into the tighter stuff u want the Dr..both funs bikes but suited to slightly different tasks

I am amazed how capable the DR is!. I bet you all have to rebuild starters and replace wheel bearings and chain...right? Great job BTW! Color me impressed...very impressed! I wonder what other bikes could accomplish that? Can you think of a BETTER CHOICE of motorcycle ? I love my DR650. However at 70 and being a remnant of a man thx to covid, I would not try what you guys did. Yes indeed I am amazed and once again great job! Sub'd & T-Up!

I crossed rivers in Haiti on a rally with the Suzuki Dr650 completely under water and it kept on moving as if nothing had happened. Amazing bike. I now own my 3rd one.
