Dominion requires you to use awakening in order to have 100% buff uptime since we are not a swiftness spec. Also warriors have a low mana pool so combined with the cdr boost you most likely would have to take a mana engraving as well. Thats just too much to sacrifice imo

@@zergling136 I just tried it and it worked fantastic. Can use your awakening alot more. Give it a try sometime you'd be surprised how it works bro

You won’t be able to spam the skills if you dont have mana.

it allows me to self-cleanse the vertigo debuff when i tank spins so i can have higher stagger uptime

it should be tauntable. the only moves you cant taunt are the tp -> 360 slash, lines, tornado, and when he has traps on his arms

@@zergling136 sorry I worded that kind of poorly. I know it is possible to taunt it but like in the video he still gets the back step off but is taunted. Should I work on my timing on my initial taunt or just expect to not get him to stay put?

@@68Jacoby Ah i know what you mean, yeah that one is rng, cuz sometimes he rubberbands back and stays in place. I would just try to taunt earlier, instead of focusing on using taunt to cancel moves, just use taunt to keep a boss fixed in a direction. So use taunt right after the boss uses a move because in my experience, when a boss is taunted, they dont have access to all of their moves

@@zergling136 Yea that’s what I thought but I couldn’t find anyone talking about it to confirm. I’ve got the taunts down pretty well but that back step haunts my nightmares. Thanks for tips homie.

bash counter is pretty fast when you have the right setup. you should be taking the atk speed instead of def shred on bash, and taking the def shred on shield bash instead. Also, I recommend newer gunlancer players to run salvation set over nightmare as that gives you a constant 10% atk speed bonus. With these buffs bash counter comes out quick enough that you can react to every ghost. The only weakness of bash compared to DUF is that it has only one hit while DUF has two seperate hits and also bash has no range so i need to be on top of the boss. Thats why in ghost phase you can hear me comm when i have to use bash for a ghost so my paladin knows to help with the counter just in case

you can run dps build but the general consensus is that expertise warlord provides more overall dmg for the raid since staggering the boss allows supports and dps to maxmize the effects of buffs/back attacks

@@zergling136 not sure if your group ran this but we used broken bone on our dps with stagger GL.. I did notice one thing though. You never once used destruction bombs.. don't be cheap homie.

@@RoyalNZPoE I'm prob too late to tell you this, but firebullet has destruct + destruct tripod and basically infinite resets so he only uses bomb if he is too far.

He usually fears every 50 seconds, but its easier to just keep track of every time he does 2 arm traps, he will do the fear/gravity field sequence For hitting the double thirain, a lot of it is just feeling/rng. You have to be pretty unlucky to miss, which is only if the red wolf does a teleport, tornado, or lines

Gunlancer has several jobs in inferno mode: Taunting wolves to help back attackers keep maximum uptime Pushing stagger as fast as possible in both gates to give more burst windows for dps In gate 2, GL must hit every counter, especially in ghost phase Must cleanse the slow everytime valtan does the move at 12:25 since bards dont have a cleanse Need to soak the big leap slam (22:19), or else valtan quickly slams a second time which can easily one shot a dps, supports can help with this too

he's taking every opportunity to do damage. Often when i'm fighting I feel like he's surrounded by too much dark stuff, but he makes it seem okay-ish to do it.
