This delicious courgette / zucchini slice recipe is super easy to make. Simply grate/ chop the vegetables, add salt, spices, self raising flour, eggs and cheese. Mix well and bake till golden. Allow to cool as it will be soft straight out of the oven then slice.

These potato pancakes are made with mashed potato and stuffed with mozzarella. Simply boil chopped potatoes till soft. Then add salt, pepper and cornflour. The cornflour/cornstarch will help give the pancakes shape. Mash everything to combine the ingredients. Fill with mozzarella and pan fry till golden.

Nice video. May I ask How did you get the sprinkles to stick on the hardened chocolate?
Hi. The truffles are still soft enough to be rolled in sprinkles or cocoa powder. They will not harden again like chocolate as there is double cream in them.

@@StirToMix yeah i dont see a tandoor oven my friend. Not tandoori chicken. Oven baked chicken sure seasoned after tandoori chicken but you should know the textures and flavors vastly differ with the proper preperation.
