    well done, keep on sharing your projects :) your chisel work is extreme - more clamps (or at least one :D ) would be useful to avoid scars... I was taught that a chisel is never supposed to be pointing at any living creature. So watch out for your fingers ;)

      Maybe you shouldn't watch my last video. ;) The way I dealt with the chisel there would give you a headache. But I really thank you for the feedback. A clamp is certainly a good idea.

    Very nice lamp!! I think it would be better with either a diffusion layer (like a frosted acrylic layer to make the light more uniform inside) or just a lamp shade that you could glue on in layers to the inside of your sphere. Love the design, though! Well done!

    nice ,, but to fit better you should rotate the bridge pickup ring for 180°, so higher side of the ring should go closer to the bridge,also check is it the one you put on the neck higher , then it have to go to the bridge...😅😉

    Very cool how you were able to build such a nice instrument with no prior knowledge and just one example instrument. Not sure about the plywood center (you could have the same results gluing together strips of hardwood 1.75" thick), but that did require you to make what turned out to be an interesting and unique wood pattern - kind of like a butcher block. We can't argue with the results. Your woodworking experience certainly helped. Nice work!! As for your English, you have better grammar than many Americans, and the pronunciation is clear.

    • @FlemmingDesign
      @FlemmingDesign 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      You guys are all right. I didn't plane the end grain in the video. But in a future video, I will build the same board with end grain. I then planned it as you feared. I have the standard blade. It worked surprisingly well. Particularly because the small planer also has a lot of power. But for the cutting blades, of course, that's the end boss. But I don't have any ideas for an alternative either. You could have sanded everything, but then it wouldn't be so nice and flat (at least with my skillset :) ). Maybe the router would have been an option.

      Maybe you're right. I actually have no idea because I'm not a woodworker or anything like that. But the joint is an end grain bond.
