    So many comments available here. I’ll make the biggest one: factories locate primarily based on economics and infrastructure. They need a certain size piece of land at as low cost possible and equally important infrastructure. If a person in these communities say they don’t have infrastructure and have a factory then they are lying. It’s NOT about race. The same goes for landfills.
