    Great video! It’s amazing how easily you can see the difference in how he’s holding himself once you add the blocks. Much straighter legs. He looked very comfortable in Option C, using the chair for his hands & arms. I feel like that would be beneficial for myself because of my tight shoulder muscles. It’s good to know for other students as well 😊😊 🎉

    Wonderful video of a wonderful program. This program fully explores all areas of yoga and produces individuals who can then teach with more tools and offer more to their students than a program which simply reached asanas.

    As a graduate of this 200 level program I can not stress how wonderful this program has been. I was looking to truly understand the history and philosophy not just yoga poses. This program offered my that in am amazing way which makes me now have more confidence as a yoga instructor.
