1. Exposure will not help due to toxic shame internalized and harsh inner critic. Exposure will lead to toxic stress and mental breakdown - before exposure we need to heal Complex Trauma (caused by ACE and ACoA). It cannot become easier - because anxiety is caused by psychopaths, sociopaths and narcissists in power position. 2. If we reject our thoughts - we will add new layers of toxic shame and inner critic which will haunt us and belittle us for having "wrong" thoughts. Then we will develop people pleasing and codependency issues - since we cannot lean on our own brain. 3. Going to Chernobyl will not make us non anxious - we will get fatal dosage of poisonous toxic radiation.
Honestly I understand but the tips that I gave they do help trust me I'm talking from experience thanks for the feedback tho. Your comment will help alot of ppl
@@AndreClarke-zw4vy Yeah, they help you because you had shyness which you misdiagnosed as social anxiety. You never had social anxiety to begin with, and this is dangerous because you are spreading false direction to people who have real social anxiety, convincing them with methods that waste time
