How did you got 3 * 23 kgs baggage allowance? When I searched, no flight is providing such facility. Only Air India is allowing 2 * 23 kgs baggage.
vistara used to provide that for student discount but now it is gone. So, yeah now its all 23*2 kgs

Yes you can.
@@Kinshuk.z every Airlines can accept it & cabin luggage weight not more than 7kg. Can it is combined weight of both laptop & cabin luggage weight
@@niloychy3020usually as far as I know laptop bags are not counted in any luggage so it's not even weighted, so you can carry a cabin bag of 7 kg and a laptop bag of 15 kg it won't be a problem. (Mine weighed around 10-15 kg each ehe)
