The melody is played by master guitarist Steve Kimock on this song written by his son Johnny Kimock, who is playing drums. I was in the second row, just behind the people on the rail. The people in the front weren't tall, but I was being careful to annoy the people behind me as little as possible, so I kept the phone (with its display as dark as possible) in front of my face.

The house finch family that raised a brood here last year are back, with four more baby birds. These little guys are about a 2 weeks old, and they're getting pretty big! I haven't seen them step out of the nest yet, but it won't be long, and then a week or so later they'll fly away.
