Wonderful concert in Newberry, SC. I have never experienced such wonderful harmony and beauty in music. To be as young and gifted as this Quartet is truly a blessing to experience. Their original piece takes your mind and spirit to Scotland. Love your music, love your CD.

I only discovered Catriona and Chris, as soloists and together, in the past year..and avidly tracked-down every TH-cam video since. Hugely complex, richly-textured, excitingly-syncopated, meltingly-beautiful, with an overwhelming sense, always, of music-making of the very highest order. Sadly, living in Devon, little chance of ever seeing these elusive Scottish masters in the flesh, so please just keep posting performances...

Next question I have then is...where does one get this sheet music?

Ok, so going out on a big limb here...1st off I have never heard of your lovely band, nor have I played any of your instruments. Last night I started tapping my kitchen counter with my right hand just exactly like the amazing Harpist is doing so here. The same Exact rhythm that she is tapping and the same frequency. It is just as if I was completing it with my right hand whilst she is completing the other half with her left hand. Not sure if that makes any sense at all, but I am completely blown away. How Beautiful! Thank you!

I love to see classical musicians playing Scots tunes. Some of these tunes are "simple" but evocative nevertheless. Scott Skinner said .." Simplicity does not imply a dearth of genius!" True.
