No doubt a track inspection between Albury and Wangaratta followed?
I’d love to see someone take the overland from Adelaide to Ararat then transfer to the vline via Ballarat. During weekdays this will save time and money. The portion between Ararat and Ballarat is by coach though
Great video, good to see you post again, and the video quality has improved. However, I would recommend that next time you should get more inflight videos, and a landing video would be nice as-well 👍.
ryan please come back with the milk
filmed with Hazpt media 😎
Omg new video
I just came off the Grand from NZ a week ago and I have to say, she rocked most of the way there and back. The ocean between Aus & NZ is incredibly rough and while it didn't disrupt our lovely cruise, she certainly did rock.
She's definitely on the rockier side compared to some of the newer ships, but the Tasman sea is always rough!!
3:12 👍
Always good to have the "bang detector" working. "How's she fairing?" One less,,,,,, by last reports!!!!
yum
what a relief!!!!!no punched wheel...............
Fucking 12vie
I like Hurstbridge, Eltham and Mernda train stations best. 👍
No ITS NOT

Very Cool Video
This video would be more useful if it informed the viewer why and how it was rebuilt. The music is a waste of sound, commentary would be much better. Even a few sentences in the description could improve it immensely.
Calm down boomer

Nice catch. Apart from this incident the XPT seems to be in no mood for retirement judging by the complete lack of any visible smoke from either power car when pulling away. The front power car's side panels look like they've seen better days though tbh (dented). Could do with a reskin 😁😁
An "old" railway man told me once they last so long because they dont run flat chat - the Explorers run 100% all the time - they break down more frequently he said!!
I’m trialling is 400M but not at Melbourne Central…. Nice!
That’s bad!!!
Nice man! New subscriber! I got a ride a shuttle 2 and chase the rest!
Yep it's stuffed
Because a cosmetic/aerodynamic fairing came loose?
And scrapping is 400M
and leading is 400M
400m is pog, 898m is more pog

Nice video, I recommend not using portrait mode, as it cuts off 2/3 of the screen
Yeah! I didn't think before recording the second clip and taking half the photos! I'll remember for the next time!
Ok trains at talbot media

'Comeng' is short for Commonwealth Engineering - it's a type.of.train in Melbourne

They were sadly not handing out keep cups and hats on this trip, these were from a different occasion
