@@Explore-Your-City i had stopped over in Taiwan but not long enough to stroll around. That will be definitely something to look forward to.

@@waveexplorer0508 SE Asia, or specifically Vietnam is on my list for 2025 travels.

I highly recommend visiting Taiwan if you have a chance. I was able to learn about the aboriginal and Hakka peoples. And yes, the night markets that can be found in many cities :)

It was our first time at Lost Lake. I've been to Whistler many times and never realized the lake was there. The sound of the fast moving creek was very refreshing and soothing 😊

Thanks! As a local, we enjoy places like Granville Island, Commercial Drive, West 4th Avenue, UBC, Steveston in Richmond, all the hiking trails in North Vancouver, including Deep Cove. Weekend trips to Victoria, Whistler, Sunshine Coast, or even cross the border to Bellingham and Seattle. Sometimes I think we take it for granted by just being lazy and staying at home :p

I live in Vancouver and am lucky to take a side trip to Victoria at least once a year 😁

Hello. Yes the park has paid parking. There is some free street parking, but spaces are limited as most are for local residents with permits. We actually paid parked at the Planetarium/Museum of Vancouver located at 1100 Chestnut St, Vancouver (EasyPark Lot 60). From there a short scenic walk to Kitsilano Beach. Enjoy~

@@florespejo2098 I'm sure there will be some spots at 5pm. However for days with the fireworks (July 20, 24, 27) I am sure it'll be full and stay full until the fireworks end.

It's a great place for a short get-away :p

It was our first time there and we totally loved it. My daughter wants to go back for more.

@@jvargas6034 I haven't heard of that Freeway. We took the FLIX bus from Union Station in LA to ARCTIC in Anaheim and then Lyft to our hotel near Disneyland. Next time we'll rent a car.

We go there about once a year, but didn't notice any changes on our visit. Still enjoyed it though as it's like a living museum. Watching the blacksmith do his work was really nice, as well as meeting those playing the shop keepers. Cheers~
