Vey helpful, thank you!
Same issue as the first video, I can essentially hear nothing but murmurs under the music except when you talk to the camera. The voice volume hasn't been an issue in other videos but the music is just too loud in this one for the voice-over. I beg you to please re-record this
I had to have my ear stuck to the computer speaker and I almost heard what you said over the music
Please re-record this, I beg you
Our class activity is watching videos here
👍👍👍👍👍
Thank you sir for this detailed helpful explanation.😃
The background music makes it quite hard to hear
I will be honest, I watched this twice, and the second time was not for school purposes. Dr. Chad has a way of engaging students. Gold!
Prescriptivism must die!
The Eminem lyric analysis tie-in was clutch.😎 lol
nice 😏👍
This guy is very helpful- I wasn’t expecting this 😭
Dr Chad, no way! My professor has been recommending some of your older videos for our class and they're really helpful. I'm glad you're still uploading and helping the people. You're amazing.
Hey Mushtingz! I'm glad the videos are still helpful! Who is asking students to watch them in a different class?
@@DrChadW Dr Chad, this is super embarrassing for me to admit but I only just now put together that you are THE Dr Chad Wilson from UH, which is where I'm taking a class with Dr Estrada.
BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP
Is it just me or is the "blue car" really black and white?
I think this guy is cool.
Nice house.
This is your best video Dr. Chad LOL
They _significantly_ downplayed the inadequacy of the data, but a _lot_.
This is a professor of many talents.
z z Z Z why is this lecture on my recommended.
Saul Goodman
Saul Goodman
really enjoyed the skits
Thank you for this. I'm taking this course at another institution but I was struggling with choosing a topic for this assignment in my class. This was super helpful.
Exposures a bit high on this video haha
RIP had headphones at full volume before he did “outro”
The editing on these videos were so far ahead of their time hahah it works so well in meme world
Watching this video just convinced me it's impossible to get a job, teaches me how to write a resume and then says "yeah they most likely will never read your resume, if they do it's barely for 10 seconds and even if yours is 'good' it'll just sound like all the others cause "key words" all come from the same job posting" so what is the main takeaway of this video? Write a great resume and if you never get an interview it's your fault?
Anyone notice the video was published in 2012 but the resumes have 2014 and 2015 dates?
Looking forward to seeing some more of your videos! Good luck with growing your channel! Did you ever look into using smzeus . c o m!? It will help you get your videos higher in the TH-cam search results!!
Dr. Chad W, you were so right about virtual reality
Truly wonderful use of visual media, well edited, and great advice delivered. Congrats, this is now my favourite TH-cam video, it's simplicity trumps even big productions.
Go on x1.25 speed, thank me later
This is pretty epic.
He was so ahead of his time
Haha, I would love to see a teacher running around the room, jumping on desks.
Question 2 of the quiz: "Introverts don't like people." I love how straightforward this question is when there were two messages saying "He doesnt like people". Btw, that's such a mood lmao
The film edit at 3:36 made me laugh so much. Great video!
It took Joey 28 seconds to drink the milk
I love all the feverish cuts that are made. xD He's trying really hard to keep our attention. I think it works.
Ahead of his time. Look at most content these days on social media, dozens of cuts in just a few seconds of a clip!
This was actually super informative and engaging. Thanks Dr. Chad!
Agreed
I wish you would have at least mentioned the possibility of us having an actual anxiety disorder. These tips are really not helpful at all if you have above average anxiety levels for this sort of thing.
Not really his job to account for that. See a therapist or someone equipped to help rather than a technical communications professor. Like, no shit? "I have severe depression and can't leave my house so your tips don't help." What a worthless comment.
This woman LOVES Posters. I feel like she's talking about what she looks for in a partner.
lmaaoooooo
Great video. I love it. I watched this video as part of an assignment, but I enjoyed every minute of it. Seems very helpful. Thanks Dr. Wilson.
If it weren't for the large amount of useful information going on here, I would almost compare it to ytp
Somewhat helpful. Thanks for making this.
I really liked your performs. Thanks for make things much easier and fun to Engineering students.
What exactly is that at 34:56?
wondering the same lol
lol fr i was watching this at night and got rlly scared
In a similar situation, to make sure you stay completely interested in a youtube video about presentations, just keep picturing the presenter naked.
