In this price rang as far as i seen no mother have that special eye care feature or technology that truly effective in that case, but yes those monitor have eye care and low blue light filter that halps a little

In my opinion Benq are little bit better then asus

It's okay for daily usages but if you are doing professional graphics or video editing work then you need a better color accurate monitor.

Both are okay but look wise hp are nice. Other hand BenQ have better built quality.

Withing 15k all monitors are pretty much same so they don't provide any kind of special features that help you in your eye problem. You better use better glass in that case

You need to connect it to the motherboard led connector or you can use RGB hub to connect your all case fan at once if your motherboard don't have enough RGB fan hader connector

Unfortunately you can't use ATX motherboard in this case
