Was promised an upgraded Wellis Lugano hot tub for the price of the Dallas model, to ship in 7 days. It was paid in full at time of order. 10/10/2024) Now having to pay $100 in interest! One over month later…still hasn’t shipped. After numerous calls and never getting a real person I’m being told they can’t find a carrier to ship the tub but I can get the cheaper Dallas model shipped today. At the same price of course! What a scam! Working in logistics, I know this is complete BS. If a carrier can ship the cheaper one that’s 7” smaller it can ship the better one. BUYERS BEWARE! UPDATE…after following my salesman’s directions to get a refund…3 days and FOUR emails later I am still being ghosted! Not to be single response! How do I drain my Jersey bueno spa!?!
Buy DEKOPRO Submersible Water Pump 1/3 HP 2450GPH Utility Pump and attach a hose to drain it away from the foundation of your home. Place the pump inside the bottom of the tub and pump away. Turn off the power to the tub before draining. Easy peasy 😊

In the cooler months. Does the hot tub hold its temperature? So with the cover off and you setting it at 103 will it stay at 103 or does it decline in Temp and if so how far down from set temperature ? Thx.
My customer poured the pad before the contacted me to run a conduit to come up inside the spa frame. Can it be wired from a conduit surfacing up the side of the spa and being rouged into a knockout? I am looking for voltage and amperage. Can you provide this in a reply?
