@@dr.rohitkumarsmieee Thank you so much sir. Sir the base problem I am facing is that the algo I wrote is very much suitable for batch processing and batch is last used in 1990. Nowadays batches are used in clouds whereas I don't have a background for cloud so targeting journals which will consider this. The mentioned ones okay in this scenario?

@@supriyamanna715 see.. as per my understanding u should consider a computation or computing focused journal. So before submitting the work.. always read the aim and scope of the journal. However, multiple times the scope is not limited to a domain. Thus, the bottom line is .. check some related topic based works in the journal.. if u find them.. good to go.

Not necessary.. and even not possible if u r a pioneer in the field or domain. If you have some related solutions in the domain.. then do comparison to highlight the improvement over other approaches doesn't matter how many related solutions are very few. Yes.. you can do one thing to improvise.. make a strong comparison with in depth analytics to reach the minimum page limit of the journal/conference.

Lots of literature is available in terms of blogs and tutorials. Additionally, some paid courses are also there.
