2:52 personally this has never helped me and ove been playing for 3 years now. Everytime i take a break, i never progress and im always back to the skill i eas before i took a break. If anything, i get demotivated more because of the derust and its frustrating as hell feeling like that so i mostly play everyday and I skillboost randomly. It took me a entire year to get from 4*s to 5*s. A very slow and frustrating process because i had friends that started after me that started to hit beta-gamma. Idk, thats just my experience with the whole "take breaks" it just never helped me ever, just made my mindset worse lol.
