Some advice: -Always use heat protection when applying heat -Thoroughly saturate products on hair by applying in sections, both to the front and back of them -Blow drying isn’t necessary for everybody. If your air drying period is manageable, and you don’t find your hair wet for hours you are fine. If you do have hair that is wet for hours it is recommended to blow dry, just to cut down that air dry time to something more reasonable. This is especially beneficial if you find your hair still wet by bed time and you have to sleep, risking damage to your fragile wet hair. -For those who blow dry; I like to air dry 60-70% and blow dry the remainder. Keep your blow dryer 15 cm away from your head and move around as to not localize heat on one section and cause damage; some say a higher heat is better if it helps you use your blow dryer for less time. I try to stay on a medium low heat regardless.

Another tip is when your hair is really tangled don’t just rip through your hair because it breaks off you hair

Had no clue you could buy silicone for your hair. I figured since it's frowned upon, a product like that wouldn't exist. I need some. Silicone does wonders for my straight, medium thickness hair.

If you just use the hairdryer brush like a regular brush and you don’t spin it or anything it’s literally literally the exact same thing as brushing and blow drying but easier

Just a tip but don’t use hair oils before u blow dry your hair. it fries it just like if u coated a piece of chicken with oil and cooked it. use the hair oils after u blow dry it
