hey bro, check the solenoid that cut off the engine when stopping the engine, it seems like solenoid not getting power or blown fuse to me..

The blades should not be breaking. Especially when they can swing away on the mount. I have a 72 inch brush mower from another manufacturer with 3/4” thick blades. I have hit large rocks and even a car frame hidden in tall grass and only suffered nicks in the cutting edge. Never had a blade bend notably ever. I would consider blades from another manufacturer. Also look into hardened washers instead of teflon which is too soft for the application.

Greg, how have the blades on the cutter held up? Any modifications that have helped them last longer?

I have not heard good things about the new Kubota's at all. I ended up getting a used Takeuchi TL12 , but not owned it long enough to give an opinion. They seem to be very reliable. Low flow 23 GPM High flow 40 GPM.

What calibre do you use ?

Looking at grip studs, very similar to igrp, they recommend 150 per track min. Essentially 3 studs per block. Would love to see the same density with your igrip studs. You are the only one i found using I grip studs on a ctl. They also state that many in a 3 pattern per block so the torque and load is distributed evenly and not to damage the track. I am betting tou would see a world of.difference if placing.3 per block.

In regard to your fuel consumption. My bobcat t595 burns about 14 litres an hour also with the same skid pro attachment that you are using.

I have the identical.machine but in std flow, 2021. I use rotella t6 15w40 engine oil and has not used a drop. I did my 1st change at 50hrs. My oil actually stays really clean. I also do not have the front idler klunking that many have mentioned. I understand there is a front idler shim kit that I hear resolves it. The kubota app (free) is what I use to track maint
