This was the first book i read after Basic Training & AIT. I read this book while on Covid 19 orders and before the George Floyd protest in ATL in 2020. Pro Tip: You read from left to right.

You're reciting things you've heard before and you might even be convinced but how do you actually feel what does life actually mean to you I've heard it all a thousand times and it's just meant to pacify people and give them a sense of purpose put all the motivation and therapy aside and I want you to tell me what you think life is all about
Life is precious. Life is hard. Life is short. Life is beautiful and yet ugly in moments. If there was a button to hit that one day I can be in the best shape of my life, best health, best position financially and best overall I would. No button realistically exist. It’s attainable if I work hard for it though. We’re all born and we’re all going to die. That part is the same for everyone. How we choose to LIVE however, will be different from one person to the next. Yes, I do recite some things that I’ve heard before. I mean who doesn’t? What human being knows all and can do all without others. Experience my friend is the best teacher on the subject of life. So, I shouldn’t choose to gate keep my resources, my tools, and the things I’ve heard along the way that helped me grow. I should share it. Knowledge is power yes, but I see it as SHARED KNOWLEDGE IS POWER. How can you grow if you don’t know what I know? A pacifier is used to silence, bring peace, or calm a baby. It’s just a temporary solution. Perhaps the Motivation and therapy people seek are only temporary solutions. I appreciate your comment! More real conversation is needed in this world for understanding.

The upside down cross actually represents the martyrdom of saint peter. Saint Peter requested to be crucified upside down because he felt unworthy to die in the same manner as Jesus Christ. So the upside down cross is definitely a Christian symbol but it has been hijacked by satanists and the culture. What a shame.

What about people who can't walk? Who have had knee surgery or back injuries?
That’s great point. So, I would say look up limited mobility exercises. If it is a knee or back injury they should recover b4 getting back to anything. Yoga can still be done from a chair and in bed. I know I listed actives that require your full body, but movement can be as simple as rotating your arms, using resistant bands, and not being idle. Hopefully this helped. God bless!
