Area destruction is suuuper give and take, on one hand you can cut off good Shenron summon or ETM spots, as well as supplies from survivors, but at the same time you have to be in a pretty comfy spot to do so without it biting you in the butt since it also means survivors don't have to work on that area's key. Can be real nice though to keep survivors from using really annoying structures to loop you around though
