Yes, sorry I’m just getting back to you. Yes, you have to remove the turbo and it would be highly recommended to replace that little wiring harness gasket.

Correction the alternator bolt on the side is the smaller size torque bolt. I removed it with a 5mm socket. On the AC compressor the two bottom bolts are 13mm , and the two top are torque studs with 13 mm nuts. Remove the top two nuts and the torques studs using a 5mm socket to free the AC compressor.
I got a question for you I don't know if you're going to respond 08350 6.4 Powerstroke same issue but when you pull that pressure pump out you have to remove the turbos correct and number two you have to replace the gasket kit correct

So I have a 2004 endeavor started off with my trans stays in 3rd gear when I’m in drive won’t shift up or down just stuck in third I can manually shift down too 2nd and now when I put the car in drive or manual it jumps gears won’t stay in a gear just jumps rlly hard while car clunks and it’ll go from 3rd throw itself into first while I’m going like 30 so I stopped driving it idk what it could be or what too do any advice ?
Hello, I would highly recommend getting it towed to a transmission shop. Worst case scenario could be a transmission issue not sure which would be cheaper a transmission rebuild or a replacement anyways good luck.

If I remember correctly there are like six star bit screws holding the plastic intake in place I don’t remember what size they are.
What tools would i need so i can go buy it ??? Just to take the plastic part off
I just need to be able to take off the connector and put the new one on
I replaced the alternator already from the bottom but the clip broke so it came undone or it’s lose I just need that plastic intake piece off so I can replace the plastic connector 🤦♂️

Which way did you pry the panel out then up?
Do you plug that little valve sticking out the top of the radiator on the corner???
How about you show how you put it all back together? I had to pull the window regulator loose on mine so the glass would go down in the door far enough to come back up into the tracks. Didn't have to pull that front trim or window seal out that way.

I was only gettin heat when the engine was revving above idle. Found out the tubing from the fill valve to the reservoir tank was kinked, therefore not allowing air to escape. Blowing hot at idle now the winter wont be so bad

Nightmare. Couldn't get the transfer case off. Rotated the transfer case.
Hello there, what type of oil did you add to the transfer case after removing it?
how did you split the case?
Make sure all bolts to transfere case are removed and lightly tap with hammer .
