At least this is proof there were real moments of joy in Kurt's life. I know deep down he really loved and admired Courtney, he even said so much in his letter. But his love for his daughter would have been endless. I think Frances Bean was understandably angry with Kurt, his fame, even his music. I mean he quit life on her and deprived her of a father and his love. I just lost my dear brilliant father a few days ago, and there is NO relationship that means more to a daughter than her relationship with her father. He was after all the first man I met and loved. And while my father was old school and did not know how to express his love, I know he loved me. I think Kurt was the type of person who loved with all his heart, but kept that to himself. If he had lived, I think the only person that would have seen that side of him was Frances. I am so sorry for your loss Frances, and I am sure it's hard being the daughter of a "legend" when he was simply "Dad" I just hope you know he would have wanted you of all people to truly be happy. As long as you are happy, you will keep him alive.
