My MAIN MISSION is to reach anyone who is struggling silently and alone while the world thinks you've got it "all together." I've been there - in fact, it's been my identity my entire life. It took me making some very poor decisions, turning to self-sabotage, drowning in toxic shame, coping in unhealthy ways, diving into a MOUNTAIN of self-work, prioritizing self-growth, and exploring the deepest and darkest parts of myself to transform into the person I am today: a girl who has found strength and healing in vulnerability, who is a constant work in progress, and who wants to help others feel less alone.
