what this machine can do ? can test Ammonia Nitrogen water ?
When doing the trials, is it that every time we need a dry and clean pipettes and beakers?
Thanks
Also, I found a weird thing - the amount of liquid kept in the pipette when touched to the wall of the beaker / conical flask depends on the material of the beaker
Another recommendation that I saw was to dispense against the wall of the beaker (the pipette tip is retained on the wall)
wow this was lifechanging!! thank you so much for providing this extremely exquisite representation of standardization of a solution with titration !! wow! incredible! extrordinary!
Well spoken, indeed. I agree 100%, great tutorial.
Do we need to set graph in this spectrometer for testing or the graph is already set for testing ?
Do you still have this machine running in your lab? How reliable has it been? Getting ready to purchase a similar model
thanks for this video...really appreciate that
Any recommendation for cleaning of pipettes, chemicals to be used and practices to be followed.
Besides the audio and the background music, it was nice and understandable. Thank you.
Can this be used to measure cell density or OD600 at 600nm??
Why should it agree within 0.003ml am using a 25cm3 pipette
Very well explained 🤗🤗🤗Thank you so much for this video.....
Didnt you add water in the beginning why are you checking for water drops on the inside?
Send material in PDF form
Why do you not touch the wall of the container while draining the pipette and waiting for the 15 seconds?
Good work.
what is the point of watching your video, if I consult my instructor for everything???
The Steps are very clear and precise! Thank you!
Nice video
can we measure the absorbance of colorless solution using Thermo Scientific GENESYS 30 Visible Spectrophotometer?
Thanks
how do you construct a calibraton curve for your buret?
and how do you use it?
retneaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
Great video. I have some of this glassware already, mostly 14/10 sized joints, right? Just need the Hickman still head.
What is the amount of liquid left in the tip?
evaporate it
Thanks. Wish i knew this during Organic chemistry
thanks for your explaining
gracias por el video...fue muy instructivo y genial ...
Thanks for this useful info
