Damn that’s a nice car

This looks like once you removed the trim the rear window just fell out - but that is not frequently the case. The window is held in by sealer which must be cut to free the glass. The molding does not hold the window in.

I bought mine last year. I bought new furniture, but then ended up refinishing the wood with shellac and putting it back on. I love AK's looking old school with wood stocks. I did do a red dot on a quick release side rail, like you. The WASR is a rugged platform. It's not made of the prettiest parts, but it gets the job done, reliably and accurately. Best of luck with yours and your "black gun" conversion. I'm sure it'll look nice.

that spring loaded hole on the butt of your stock is where you would ..store your AK cleaning kit...its a multi tool cylindrical all steel parts kit...that works with your AK cleaning Rod.

Try the fab defense grip feels like a glove . It's the same maker of your angled foregrip. Word of advice that I found out building mine don't buy stuff that looks kool find the tactical stuff that's going make your rifle feel comfortable all alway around. Iv wasted a lot of money trying to find the right stuff for the comfort

but I would try, with the special tool, to go in as flat as possible under the molds/over the glass and un hook it.

So it wraps around the moldings, I didn't find anyways to remove that piece with ease... but you might be able to go under all layers of moldings and pluck it off. After that the rest of the moldings should come easily, Sorry if I wasn't much help, and good luck on your Packard! those things look sweet and classy!

Fist, thank you! umm... to be honest I'm not to familliar with late 40s cars, I've mostly payed attention to the 2nd half 60's. So I"m not sure if those brackets are all going to be the same, that clip though (If I'm imagining it right) so its like a square piece that covers over the moldings where they meet at the bottom? on my car there are spots like that for the corner joints above the front door, what I saw was the cover was shaped like this... /___\ .. if that makes sense... Jacob: Thanks for the great video. Very informative. Question: Is this pretty much a standard way of attaching windows on older vehicles with stainless steel trim around them? I have an old 1949 two door Packard fastback with a "rim" around it similar to those around kitchen sinks,but unlike a kitchen sink which is one solid unit,there's a one inch stainless steel piece/clip on the center bottom of the window. How does one remove that without damaging either the clip or the window? Thanks again.

Take a look at the original Oldboy from Korea. Badass trying to get revenge-part of the Vengeance Trilogy by Park Chanwook. He uses some really incredibly cool transitions, angles, and editing techniques I think you would love. I took a look at your archives and wow! Keep going because you have some surprising talent.

Thanks for your comment. keep in mind I made just for a school class. If I had actors and big money it would have been much deeper and darker. I have a full story for this called "TORN" there are riots in the street and the guy in the green band goes all bloody psycho killer with a knife on the red guys (big gov) it has flash backs to before they deleted his mind and what not, life before "the war" parallel to pink floyds the wall but completely different.

I can see where you were going with this, you had some good ideas-especially the group shot. Although it looks like you were derailed by little details.
