No help from support. I bought a board and after first throw sometimes it just skips the rest of the throws instantly to next turn. Can not find anything on this.,

First of all, thank you so much. I’ve been trying to figure out how to get sound and only to talk to people on a brand new Samsung tablet. I can hear everybody but I cannot talk. I can’t hit the mic button and get it blue. I have an iPhone and that’s what I have to use in order to talk to people. I would appreciate any ideas. Otherwise I guess I’ll just go by iPad.

How do I turn on the mic for the app so the players can hear me

Can you play online tournaments for prize money?

I cannot locate any video anywhere regarding replacing the LED lights on the Grandboard and Grandboard 3s. I see it’s a led strip and I know it’s not a normal 5050 strip, but I can’t see where it starts when replacing. Makes me nervous without seeing it done. Thanks for this video, helps to know what to expect when I open it up.

Why does it say a player is already added to board but doesn't show up on board to play?

I cannot find where to buy games, I cannot figure out how to play anything but 01 games online, the apps are EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING to use.

This does not work for us with adding our friend here. She has the gran player app and we have attempted to add her several times. It won't load her info. Plz help

Have you figured out all you have to do is touch the gran logo at the light to act like the button. It has a sensor there instead of a button.

Thank you for commenting on WIFI overload. I know people that I cannot connect with because their WIFI is not up to snuff. Good info!
