@@SubiSubi-n1i if u get seat in government quota(7.5%) only u will get fees relaxation (No need to any fee) In sports quota if u get private college means u have to pay fees as per the college norms(counselling fee) Suppose if u are ST,SC,SCA category 55000 scholarship u ll get or if u are a First graduate 25000 Rs scholarship u will get

As per your cut off marks 108 your counselling will be held in third round. Based on the results of round 1&2 only we can check that

Yes u can apply other state quota option but only limited 50 seats only allotted for other state quota.
