You charged up both batteries? You never saw the corrosion when you first looked? Duhhhh! Yea, right! Water and baking soda mix into a pudding. Brush terminals. Flush with water. Dry. Rub posts with wire terminal cleaning brush. Brush off. Rub Vasoline or dielectric grease on posts. They also have anti-corrosion spray. I've used Vasoline forever.😁

Hello, I was considering buying the 00884 wheel from your website. I noticed this youtube video showing hardware for farm tubular style gate installations. The original 00884 only came with hardware meant for wood gate installations. However, I don't see additional photos on the product website showing the tubular gate hardware. Do you know if the 00884 comes with the farm tubular gate hardware? Thank you.

You said to put "grease" around the gasket of the oil filter... I'd use clean oil from one of the new bottles rather than grease.

Just read on Amazon the wheel goes flat after a few months. Is there a fix for that ?

These are NOT 90 degree locking hinges. While they open and lock at 90 degrees, when you closed them the will not lock in the closed position. The supplier said "just raise the hinge on a block". I tried adding a 1/2" block and that did not make it lock. I then went to a 1" block and that didn't work either. Even after adding a block height of 1.5", the hinge would not lock down. It appears that the hinge may have to get closed to a 115 degrees or more before it will lock in the closed position. That being the case I would have to add upwards of 2.5" of block to raise the hinge enough to make it fold and lock. In turn, it your looking to get a flat leg fold, that does NOT work. When shown both the video and raise block pic, the response from the supplier was "Just send them back". TOTAL WASTE OF TIME WOR THESE HINGES.

how do you stop the wheel from swivelling when you are closing or opening , my wheel swivels. tot he side and blocks the opening or closimng motion

The bottom of your gate needs to be roughly 8in off the ground for the wheel to be able to clear 360deg rotation, because the mounting bracket off-set is only enough to flush up with the wheel in 1 of its 2 perpendicular positions. It's a good 2in of additional off-set needed to clear the other side. This is the issue that I am working towards some sort of solution for on 2 - 7ft. long black iron swing gates. I may have to actually cot it clear, then weld a little boxed in are on the other side of the gate. I don't like the idea of a block or something like that because it is a brand-new gate in the front of the house. (RV Access)

thank you. now I see why I couldn't figure out how to install mine - I have a wood bedrame and a different wood headboard. They line up with no gap at the corner as you show here. What kind of bracket might work? the manufacturer of the bed frame does not recommend and currently I have the headboard pushed up against the wall but would really like to secure it directly to the bed frame. Thank you

I followed the steps as described having removed an old sleeve that broke down. The new sleeve seemed to hammer in place just fine, and the castor stem clicked in giving the feel that it went beyond the narrowing end of the sleeve as needed. But a week later the same leg had a note on the chair seat, next to again, its castor leg, stating that it fell out. When I removed the new stem I had gently hammered in place, its narrowed end had become expanded such that the castor fell out. How did the castor click in place beyond the narrowing sleeve, and then that narrowed section expand? Is it possible that I perhaps should have bored a hole a smidge deeper to be on the safe side? Or maybe you can provide me a link to a better quality sleeve, although mine bought at a hardware store sure look the same as what you used in your video.
