Dude Google is spying on me. I encountered this exact problem this week. All summer long I had a routine much like yours, I was going to sleep at 10 and wake up at 5 with energy levels going through the roof. But since uni started, about 3 weeks ago, my routine started to fall apart. I made all the changes possible so that I can feel that I'm giving every second of my life a purpose. But this only made me anxious. Perfectionism creeped in and it took a toll on my mental health. I think my main problem is that I always feel like I'm behind life, and this gives me the false belief that I can't afford to waste a single minute. Gr8 video, made me realise that if I constantly burn out I'll lose more time than if I'd took some time off consciously.

Your experiences of fixation, reliance on routine etc resonate with my own experiences with autism. I'm a recent diagnosis but it's made so many things make sense. And it has helped me accept things I used to worry about too 😊 I wonder if you are on the spectrum 🤔. Regardless, thanks for the video and well done on your progress bro.

Still drink it every night. When I went on a small holiday recently I bought some Lemon Balm tea bags off amazon. I had 2 cups a night while away, and I would keep the old tea bag in when adding a new one so the second one was a bit stronger lol.

TH-cam just pushed your video to me. I watched all of it. I think you hit the nail on the head. Maybe you just don't have a niche so people don't come back. People watching cars come to car channel and they come back for more cars and more cars. Or maybe TH-cam doesn't know the audience to push your videos to because it is too unspecific. Maybe then just make videos about how to make videos. The way you talk is really pleasant and obviously you have experience of making videos. All sorts of them. Tell people where to put camera in room, when you run, when you swim or whatever... maybe that's your niche or something else. Who other than you knows better your style. I am just searching for way to make videos or how to edit them because it is the thing that scares me the most about content making. How the hell I'm going to edit. Never done it... So the point is maybe just pick a niche so the audience comes bac for more of the same. Compare it to food. I always go back to my favorites no matter how simple they are. People go back to get more of the same.

The ability to actually feel rocks or anything on the ground, I don't know why but I love it. Wearing normal shoes now feels strange to me. I went into this looking for a good shoe to walk in and I think I found it; though I do have to add that keeping around a normal shoe is a great idea. I have definitely already had the feeling of dreading a walk home with these shoes.
