There isn’t a specific setup on the car, I built or machined everything custom by hand. But in short and simple terms for the motor it’s an intake, exhaust, ECU tune. I’ve done a bunch of other stuff to the car but that’s it as far as the motor goes.

@@jiroup7390 i made a custom intake for It, the car has a muffler and resonator delete, its a little raspy, but it clears up above 3800 rpm and moves over to a smooth but loud tone. It’s hard to hear from this video because my mic was near my intake for this video. I’ll try to get an exhaust video one day, the issue will be getting my mic near the exhaust

Those 3 Cylinder motors sound very good for what they are, I have an old flyby video where I’m pushing like 100-105 and the thing sounds similar to a V6 motor when I’m coming up to the camera The exhaust notes on 3 cylinders aren’t that good unless heavily resonated to cut rasp, but the intake sounds from a 3 cyl are phenomenal. If you have one and want some decent sound, an intake sounds lovely on these motors.

LOL, this thing absolutely sings when you get up in the rpm range, it’s just slow as a snail. It’s wicked in corners though, but it needs a turbo (coming soon)

Preciate it man! Still trying to find a long enough road to get this thing up to 100 LOL it’s so slow in a straight line. Theres a really twisty road that I wanna hit and get on the GoPro here soon though, I absolutely bombed it last night but I couldn’t get my GoPro to record any audio.

I’m still trying to dial in all of the editing, I have these hilarious ideas but I have to figure out how to actually get em into the video. But that’s a learning curve that’ll come with time. @@Critter0817 not much to it, it puts down ~80hp as to the 60 it makes stock, not much faster than factory, just sounds like it should be fast LOL. It’s more built for handling, I have 205’s all around and a nice set of coils and anti-roll bars. Its Not fast in a straight line, but I haven’t come across a car that can keep up in corners (at least not yet LOL I know I’ll get absolutely smoked one day) Plus I have the VTX1300 if I wanna get on the throttle, not the fastest thing but it gets along. I’ll upload something like a 0-100mph run in the mirage sometime though. Keep your eye out for it or I’ll reply back when I get that up.

@Drewdoesit1300 awesome! I figure there's not much to it acceleration wise. I'm more curious to hear how it sounds running through the gears with no muffler. A 0-100 would be awesome!

@@BrianKelly-yy1cy I’ve since gotten rid of the pops and bangs. It’s one of those things that’s fun for about a week and then it gets old pretty quick after that.

It’s a one off standalone ECU me and my father built. He runs his own performance company, been doing it for years. A little longer than I am old. Makes parts for the Nissan Z32

Flashed ECU

I love it! No issues so far and I’m at 33xxx miles It’s comfortable from factory on the highway, i have driven both the CVT and 5 speed manual variants, mine is the 5 speed manual. The CVT is sluggish but the 5 speed is noticeably quicker. I have aftermarket wheels, coilovers and tires. So the ride is stiff as hell and somewhat bouncy. But it corners like a dream and is on rails. I don’t mind the stiffness but some of the people I’ve had in my car have complained of it. I just like the firm ride so I can’t complain.

In terms of freeway/highway. It goes the speed limit, I’ve had mine up to 112 MPH and it just glides. Granted this is in modified suspension, and other mods. But it handles great at higher speeds.

@@Drewdoesit1300 what type of coil overs did you get... I bought 23' Ralliart and its new enough (sub 1000 miles) so i think I could swap the 'springs out' without issue... thanks for a reply.
