I think you could benefit from some line confidence practice. Have you ever drawn on paper with pen much before? I think a pen sketchbook (not ballpoint), and maybe checking out a dynamic sketching course or something would help you not only improve your workflow, but speed it up greatly over time. Keep up the good work.
