I would expect you to atleast know... you need to be going under the gums with the floss. Otherwise you can use listerine which is proven to be as effective at preventing cavities in contact points between teeth and under the gums.

The hardest thing for me was I went through a massive depressive episode where I didn't shower or brush my teeth and the plaque buildup was awful, and now all my gums are puffy and inflamed and I'm struggling to get them back to normal (I have braces)

Every single time I floss around a tooth that has a crown, I bleed. Avoid flossing isn't the right solution. I really don't know what to do!

Sometimes when i get up in the morning to go to bathroom i wake up feeling dizzy and i cant even look correctly, basiclly just black in front of my eyes (not fully) for a few secs till i stop being dizzy and it all goes away... is this normal?

Hi!! so I got my braces off today and they were very aggressive. I don’t know if that’s normal or not but my gums are really swollen. My parents said that they’re not swollen but they feel swollen and they hurt so I’m just asking is that normal after your braces come off?
