Now in sec one, I remember over the years when searching the ndp songs that year and always coming back to this one. The emotions inside this song really relates to my school life and how we, Singapore is was always thrown into different pits of death but we still survived... This song still makes me tear up, knowing how Singapore has developed, but experiencing only a little of it, makes me love Singapore more :)
