30 years since I last watched this intro on the PS1 as a kid. I used to play and replay the games on this so much when I first got my PS1. I even remember learning the part at 0:53 on the guitar. Song was so cool.

I remember that me and my brother and sister would always watch this on the PS1 demo disc! So much nostalgia! (Disc 54 from March 2002 if anyone is wondering which demo disc)

I remember playing this game every day when I was in elementary school

It was definitely around Christmas eve when I first saw this trailer. I remember seeing it on the tv and being a disney fan it sparked my interest right away. Which is what lead me to learn about PlayStation and more specifically the ps2. And playing this lead me to Final Fantasy as well. Since then I’ve always had a playstation and a nintendo console with each new generation and although Sony frustrates me I still love the PlayStation itself.

The chokehold this game had on me… on a generation 😂 The crazy thing is, I didn’t realize how LATE I got the game until just recently. I got this Christmas of 2002, 9 months after it was released. I had the wallpaper of my pc set to this for… 9 months?! Hahah and no spoilers ruined anything for me, I played it as if it had just come out.

I remember the first time I seen a trailer for this game, I was little little and it was on those trailers on VHS tapes.

This is pure masterpiece.

Chills. Even to this day, I'm still amazed at how innovative and beautiful this game was. Definitely one of the most memorable parts of my childhood.

We used to rent this one collection of demos from Blockbuster. It had Zone of Enders and KH and a whole bunch of other random games. I'd just watch this on repeat for hours...
