I only hit the box when I’m cano grinding. When I finish one weapon, I hit the box for a new one to start working on. Saves me time. I don’t have to quit and start a new game with a new weapon to work on.

i hit the box constantly and it’s really fun, there’s plenty of great guns potential ‘iconic guns’ = ASG, GS45, Saug, GPMG, AS VAL, Kompakt, LR7.62, SVD, XMG, Sirin, all great options

The guns are weak out of the mystery box. The box should give you broken fun guns. I just end up running the mustang and sally with the wonder weapon. The other guns don’t kill at all.

bo4 was the last time the mystery box was useful, the only use the mystery box has now is the fact the ray gun is in it, i would say other wonder weapons but you can build those, so there is no point in getting those in the mystery box.

The box is almost useless every gun I use is a wall buy, and you can build almost every wonder weapon

To be fair I have never felt incentive to hit the mystery box. Unless it was for like the thunder gun or wonder weapons. I always used wall weapons and packed them and then gained a bunch of points and only hit the box to spam for the thunder gun or other wonder weapons. That’s it. Never really pulled a bullet gun out to use it. In fact I think it’s kinda a noob mistake

Im an LMG only main btw. I don't play anything even if thres a mission for it, i literally just sweat LMGs. None of them are iconic, youre right. But yet all 3 are fucking great. Pu21 for mobility, not very useful imo but the best one for pvp, xmr for early-mid and the best over all, and the GPM7.. with rapidfire it has a higher true DPS than the akimbo saug, due to it having to reload every like 2 seconds

I've spon the box like 5 times. And that's when i was testing much much faster soeed cola makes it. Nah bro the box is fucking wasted. Remove starter weapons. Even then wall buys with dedicated attachments are always a better option. Literally

Just did the round 100 dark ops for liberty falls with my brother and cousin. It took 6.5 hours and we did the Zipline strat on the roof with 2 jet guns, 1 person sniping manglers, and we all took turns using the chopper gunner to clear the abominations. Each round after 50 took about 15 minutes to complete. We will never attempt round 100 again 😂

Thats the reason why I dont like loadouts in zombies. It makes the box useless. And I dont like that. Lets hope in the future we get classic mode.

Who knew giving the player the ability to spawn in with whatever they want while removing things like monkeys and gershes from the box would make people not wanna spin the box, hell you wouldnt even do it for the wonder weapon since you can build them all

They just need to add zombies specific weapons that aren't wonder weapons but hit harder than your normal weapons maxed out past round 30. You haven't needed the box since cold war.

I honestly ran into the same issue, I do love the game but I feel the same way about the mystery box I don't ever really hit it unless it's for fun I just run with my loadout

I have a problem with the box but for different reasons. The box gives the same few guns over and over idk what’s the deal.

LMG's are pretty good tbf. The XMG and GPMG are getting me to round 40+ comfortability. And they absolutely slap in the Citadelle des morts boss fight.

Iconic bullet weapons of bo6 are the SAUG, GS45, LR 76.2....... uhhh. yeah that's about all the ones I can think of. two weapons are explosive when packed and the saug is just a laser beam. the rest all feel the same.

This can be said about more than the box too. Like am I tripping or is playing past round ~70ish impossible without just spamming streaks? The zombies are so fast and the guns are so ass (even the WWs) that unless you are in a helicopter or becoming a mangler you're overwhelmed in 2 sec. Training past round 50 is pretty much dead since they despawn the guys at the end of your horde and have them pop out in front of you.

The issue is multiple things imo. It's the fact that you have a loadout. Because of that you don't have to try to hit the box to get a gun that plays better or feels better. Why ever buy a wall gun if its not a gun you like and in some cases even weak. 2nd the attachments really matter and the only way to get the attachments you want on a gun is to build them all and set them to zombies mode but even then that means the box only has a few guns you really want and it isn't really worth it if you already spawn with the gun you want. 3rd no mule kick means no 3rd weapon to level so either go double wonder or spawn and wonder. Lastly its the rounds=power so guns have a high chance of being of a low rarity and not worth until later rounds like all wall guns and most box guns become blue rarity at round 10 then purple round 20 and orange at 30 and above. Oh and another thing is that loot keys can generate better equipment and even wonder weapons so that's basically the new box. Sucks because I don't get excited for a fire sale anymore.
