Well done and professional. I would let you work on my house. For those of you who don't know, notice the different types of pipe used for exhaust vs intake. Why? The exhaust gases will be too hot for standard schedule 40 PVC pipe, so he used schedule 80 PVC which is rated for that warmer gas. My question is how does this setup deal with the condensation in the exhaust pipe? The condensate will accumulate quickly if it does not drain somewhere, and will cause the furnace to shut down as the pipe gets blocked.

Looks good except for the 1/4” mesh screens. 1/4” will allow bees to enter and build hives, causing the pressure switch to trip. 1/8” mesh will prevent most bees from entering and typically will not cause pressure problems.

two things it’s called a circle cutter quit wasting your time and wrists on snips and never put sticky back on the insulation… you’re asking for an air leak.. you can easily pull that collar off the insulation it’s not coming off that metal.

Are you using 3 inch pipe there, how long was the run to the exit?

Job looks clean but am pretty sure you had to take that screen out of your exhaust pipe, pressure switch wont make. In the intake is cool but not exhaust.

I have the same new install but the second zone is not working-taco light not on and baseboards are cold.
