Not to be mean or anything but I wouldn’t bid on an iPhone for $100 or even under. And I don’t buy anything on eBay unless the seller has a 99% with thousands of reviews. Sorry you got scammed but you get to dispute it as you mentioned it. I’ve been buying off of eBay for the past 20 years and never had an issue. Just buy from sellers who have good review and better ratings. Amazon is just as bad. Sellers are shady on there too. Just saying. It’s not the company it’s the sellers. Better luck next time bro.

You need an FCC issued ham radio license to transmit.

I got this exact phone this week for free through Assurance. It should be funded through the LifeLine phone service, not ACP. Not every company gives free phones anymore, many will send SIM card, but as of June 2024, Safelink and Assurance still do, and Assurance is a MUCH better company when it comes to customer service. I suspect that person at the phone tent was pocketing that $10 per customer, as this absolutely should hvae been free.

I urge caution. The behaviour from the ACP/ADP whatever it is and Tmobile/Assurance is very strange. IF you have any problem they will play mind games. I could not log in fast enough to say this. I just got this phone from Assurance Wireless. I had the ACP program but had to switch to A W to get lifeline. The phone was free and is okay .The only thing T really don't like is you can't download widgets. I guess I shouldn't complain because it was free. I can't afford to pay for the service. It is what it is

I had (ACP) program. The program is supposed to officially end this month of may. I was with Gen Mobile with (ACP). I had to switch to lifeline. Something like ACP, but different internet company. I have that exact same smart phone you have. BLU Mini Studio. Yes Assurance Wireless is giving the BLU Studio smartphones for free. Only for new customers. I got mines for free. It isn't that bad of a smartphone. It's kinda cool. Free internet,texts,voicemail and minutes every month. You just can't add widgets because the phone doesn't come with that feature.
