A Song For The World To Know About Me: "Inconsistencies"
Every girl i tried approaching me has rejected me ive become an incel but a good guy gets you nowhere
Life is pointless unless you're a 5 or above. If you're ugly it really is over. Nothing matters if youre ugly
Being ugly sucks! Im a black woman. An men tell me i have a great personality and how im a awesome person. Yet im not awesome enough to date. Its really affecting my mental health. Being ugly is lonely. I see friends and enemies get chosen but no one is chosing me. Im too dark, my facial features are too african, my body, or my hair isnt thick and long enough. Im never enough. Being a kind human being isnt enough. I take care of my skin. Suicide has ran across my mind since i was in highschool. For a woman your value is only in your looks. So im screwed. I can loose weight but my african features, skin color and hair i cant help. An if i put weave on im still rejected. I think life would be easier if i was another race. I get rejected by men that are seen as ugly/fat an undesireable. I wish women and men gave good charactered ugly ppl a chance instead of treating us liek shit. We have feelings. Men of my own race and other men along with beautiful women make me the joke of there conversations. At least im not ugly like her they say. I understand your pain thats why i would dare treat people like shit because of how they look. Nor discriminate.
hey there. I think I should put my two cents here. Depression can really make you feel a lot worse than what you really should feel like. I have tried over 30 medications, 9 antipsychotics, and finally got results with TMS, you may want to search that up on my video list. I think it has done wonders on depression. But regarding this video, it is pretty old and I got a changed perspective. Your consciousness can really affect whatever you feel inside yourself, however I ask you to try to be a little less critical of yourself. Confidence can go a long way. I have been single 8 years. It sucks sometimes but I realized that I much rather be alone, stable, and knowingly satisified with my life, then realizing I am with someone that doesn't even love me. Unrequited love is much worse in the end. Why be with someone that doesn't love you? In the end you gotta love yourself in order to attract what you want in life. Exercise, therapy, doing whatever it takes to improve yourself is so much more important than seeking validation from outside. Focusing on the negative is just going to spiral and make you feel 10 times worse. So my last piece of advice is to try to be more kinder to yourself, if there is a way you can make a slight change in your thought process, even if its miniscule, that is in a more positive direction you may start seeing a more improvement in life. Set some hard goals for yourself and focus on them. Once you focus on improve your physical body, or setting a goal you can see that it can really help you. I hope you do come back to this page in a year or 2 and let me know how things are going. If it is still a struggle I still recommend another round of TMS, cause that can alleviate the depressive episodes which can really combat the negativity. Keeping a busy mind can help keep your mind of negative thoughts. Cheers, Trav

Being ugly does suck, but if you feel that way I recommend a change in perspective. Sometimes we feel that way due to brain chemistry and if medications doesn't seem to help, TMS can help you out, I have put out a video about it previously if you search it up in my videos. I know its hard to not focus on the flaws but when you start feeling better, these negative aspects about yourself start feeling less obtrusive. And that can benefit you in the long run. I have been single 8 years and yeah it sucks but I much rather be single knowing I am not attracted to someone I don't like and knowingly not with someone that doesn't like me just for the sake of being with someone. Unrequited love is not good in itself. I recommend trying to get to the gym, having a change in perspective and slowly building some self confidence, you may get what you want in the long run who knows, its so much better to have hope then to negate these feelings cause its just an endless cycle of misery. I hope you do come back in a year or two feeling better. Best of luck, Travis
THE REAL MEANING ALWAYS COMES FROM THE BIGGER PICTURE: Let’s be honest. What I truly want is a world that aligns with our collective mental constructs-a reality where everything converges into a Unifying Reason. I yearn for a grand narrative with a triumphant end-fireworks, explosions, eternal redemption-a final escape from all our miseries. I want to enjoy life to the fullest, with absolute validation and instant gratification. I can’t accept that all of existence is merely an accident, destined to fizzle out in a whimpering death. I want today’s suffering to find its justification in tomorrow’s joy. Yet, when this grand narrative doesn’t unfold, we rebel, disillusioned, throwing temper tantrums like spoiled children, as though life has failed us. Unfortunately, science tells me that, in the end, everything dies. This offers no solid ground, no firm narrative for my existence-only an ocean of doubts. It’s not an encouraging thought. As the American astrophysicist and science communicator Neil deGrasse Tyson aptly puts it, "Life is under no obligation to make sense to us." Reality, it seems, owes us nothing, and this stark truth can be deeply unsettling. This is our reality check. So, let’s grow up and get real. Since life began accidentally and ends inevitably, it’s hard to find meaning beyond myself. But what we often overlook is that our perspective is limited and primitive. We’re just “talking monkeys”-creatures who view everything linearly, with a beginning and an end, missing the larger significance of things. We’re stuck in the middle of a vast tapestry, oblivious to the reality that, for reasons beyond human comprehension, we cannot perceive or experience the entire weave-only one thread at a time. In reality, everything simply is, and everything exists in its own right. We are but threads in a greater weave, needing a leap of faith to perceive the goodness of the entire pattern. However, through linear, horizontal thinking, we cannot grasp the full picture. By persisting in this limited perspective, we remain in the dark, chasing shadows. It’s not truly the meaning of life we are seeking-just a “meaning” that fits within our finite understanding, one that aligns with our ego and satisfies our individual needs and desires. Ultimately, we want a version of reality where we can fulfill our wildest dreams and achieve our highest goals. Yet reality is singular; it cannot bend to cater to every individual will. Reality has its own agenda, leaving us no choice but to conform as part of it. Life is a mysterious force, and we are merely vessels through which it flows. However, with faith, we can perceive a deeper meaning-one worth embracing and participating in. We simply need faith in the idea that, within the grand scheme of things, all the pieces of the puzzle will eventually fall into place, and all our experiences-both “good” and “bad”-will ultimately make sense. Whether we like it or not, every life decision is an unconscious act of faith in the outcome. However, this isn’t blind or cultish faith. The intricate interdependence, interconnection, and unity of all things are undeniable scientific facts and an integral part of our daily existence. Every second, trillions of cells in your body work tirelessly and ‘faithfully’-and even die-for your survival and well-being, unaware of their role in the whole. Similarly, leaves cannot grasp their relevance to the tree, nor can waves fathom the sea, yet each contributes to the greater system. Billions of individual beings and entities thrive within complex, dynamic, and diverse ecosystems, each playing a part in sustaining the whole. Furthermore, the modern world is becoming increasingly interconnected and interdependent through globalization, amplifying this reality on a global scale. Unknowingly, all of them have a purpose for the whole. Another empirically verified fact is that our perception shifts with perspective. Standing in the middle of a bustling city crowd, amidst the hustle and bustle of everyday life, our worries can feel overwhelming. Yet, from the vantage point of a plane or outer space, they shrink into insignificance. It’s all about perspective. As the saying goes, “When we change how we look at things, what we look at changes.” However, unless we realize and uncover our mission and place in the bigger picture, life will always feel meaningless, because, as the proverb reminds us, “There are no paths for those who don’t know where they’re going.” Just Think About it!
Here’s an invitation to consider: Here’s an invitation to consider: Don’t worry-this is not a new religion, philosophy, ideology, or cult. It’s simply a brainstorm for critical thinking. There’s only one requirement: to think. I am neither “enlightened” nor a “chosen” one. I do not have any absolute “truth”. I’m just a simple, mortal human being who thinks. And this is free. Only our perceptions, along with our social and mental constructs, can imprison us in life. As Anaïs Nin wrote, “We don’t see things as they are; we see them as we are.” So, what if there’s more to life than what we see on the surface? What if the struggles, disappointments, and questions aren’t signs that we’re failing, but clues that there’s more waiting for us to explore? We’re building a space where you can feel safe to question, reflect, and discover new perspectives with people who understand life’s emptiness yet are open to seeking something deeper. Together, we’ll explore the hidden beauty, small victories, complex truths, and the bigger picture that life offers. Let's grow up and move on to a brighter and healthier side of life. Purpose: We aim to establish a community where people can delve into life's profound inquiries and rediscover their sense of direction. This club caters to individuals experiencing a growing sense of disconnection or meaninglessness in today's swiftly evolving world. By offering fresh perspectives and fostering collective exploration, we aim to fill the gap left by traditional frameworks that no longer resonate with many in modern society. Background: The search for meaning has always been a guiding force for humanity. Our human condition, often at odds with the uncertainty, impermanence, fluidity, diversity, and dynamic complexity of reality, challenges this pursuit. This crisis leads to a sense of meaninglessness. Today’s sense of meaninglessness is particularly pronounced among younger generations, often driven by disillusionment with societal changes and the weakening of traditional sources of purpose, such as religion, politics, community, and family. Individuals increasingly find themselves defining their own purpose in a world that prioritizes individualism, self-reliance, and success, as these foundational anchors become less prominent. While this shift can be liberating, it can also be overwhelming, as the pressure to "find one’s purpose" without shared values and collective belonging may lead to alienation and confusion. Social media and digital life compound this struggle by fostering illusions of connection and worthiness that often feel shallow, with curated images and experiences fueling comparison and envy. Modern society’s focus on consumer culture and materialism also contributes to a pervasive sense of emptiness. We’ve been taught that more is better, that wealth is a virtue, and that success is the answer. However, this approach has only served to deplete us. In our quest for success, society has given precedence to efficiency over empathy, productivity over people, and profits over principles. We focus on what is urgent, forgetting what is truly important. We are consuming illusions of happiness and contentment, but in the process, starving our souls. The constant chase for possessions, appearances, and distractions has led us to lose sight of what it means to be truly human. Furthermore, we continue to look for solutions in politicians, leaders, and false idols who promise us change. But let’s be honest-none of them can save us. They’re just people, flawed and broken, no better than anyone else. Leaders are just as sick and corrupt as we are as human beings, a reflection of our own failures. We have become a society driven by greed, ignorance, and alienation. And this toxic mix is silently killing us. Additionally, the abundance of choices in today’s world can be paralyzing, leading to "choice overload" and a sense of purposelessness. The constant stream of information about global crises, ranging from climate change to social injustices, exacerbates this and can lead to existential anxiety. This barrage of overwhelming issues can leave individuals feeling powerless, questioning their place and purpose in a chaotic and uncertain world. Redefining Meaning amidst Chaos, Uncertainty, and Impermanence: In today’s age of existential questioning and postmodern thought, traditional understandings of reality and purpose have shifted, prompting many to view meaning as subjective and flexible. While this questioning can be liberating, it often leads to a sense of nihilism, as people wonder if meaning itself is merely a human construct. This club seeks to embrace this awareness while countering nihilism with a perspective that celebrates life as a transient yet glorious moment within the vast cosmos-a chance to participate in something far greater than ourselves. Life, from this viewpoint, is a resilient, creative force that invites us to contribute to its mysteries, encouraging us to develop our full capacities for creativity, intelligence, and resilience. This perspective emphasizes humility, recognizing that we are not separate from life but integral parts of it-not its center or masters, but its guests. By aligning our personal goals with this broader view, we can experience life’s beauty, diversity, and challenges as essential aspects of the cosmic process. This approach encourages us to value the extraordinary privilege of existence. Consider this: among the countless possible combinations of matter and energy in the universe, life has miraculously emerged. And it’s not just any life; it’s a life that is intricate, varied, adaptable, imaginative, intelligent, conscious, and capable of love. Life possesses the ability to explore, comprehend, generate, communicate, cooperate, and celebrate. Life is a precious gift that we often take for granted. We forget how extraordinary life, breathing, thinking, feeling, and loving are. We forget how complex and miraculous it is that we exist at all in a vast and beautiful universe, full of mysteries and wonders. This is undoubtedly a miracle, and we are an integral part of it. We are alive. We are present. We have the chance to experience this extraordinary gift of existence. How can we not feel gratitude for this? How can we not draw inspiration from this? How can we not find motivation to make the most of it? Just think about it !
Most of the general population is emotionally immature and weak willed.
I do hope you find resilience. It can really benefit you in the end.
Being ugly in life leads to a deep level of self hatred that people can't help with makes me consider suicide everyday.
I hope you find life worth living. If not TMS can go a long way. If you search up the recent post in my video it has helped me a lot. Another aspect that helped a lot was setting goals, and putting yourself out there in spite all difficulties. Any miniscule change in a positive direction is much better than constant negativity. Negativity only breeds negativity so I ask you to be more kinder to yourself. If you do that and come back in a year, let me know how things go, and if not give TMS another round and tell me how things go. I ask you to go to the gym, set some goals for yourself that you can find attainability, and try to have a little more faith. Cheers, Trav
resisting the urge to do this is a life-long struggle.
Life sucks, I would give TMS a round if you are struggling with finding right medications. It is pretty less invasive with minimal side effects. I also ask you to have a little more faith and be a little more kinder to yourself. If you focus just on one positive aspect of yourself, it can benefit you in the long run. Setting a goal to get in shape or finding meaning in life can really benefit you. Come back in a year and try TMS again, if things run rampant you know you need to get yourself extra help and do some soul searching within yourself. I hope you find what you are looking for.
1 she IS the GOAT!!! Her abilities are beyond normal. As somebody who practiced or knows about Gymnastics knows. Its her mental health. Affected her ability to preform to her best abiltiy. Her new coach works w. Her mental health. Hence hwr being able to compeat this year.
Your face isn't ugly.
appreciate it. This is a pretty old video. I have come to terms to myself and find myself in a more positive light
Had to stop my Lithium i feel a bit off edge but reassurance is good! You lost alot of weight!
I did, for the most part I feel getting off lithium had its benefits. If you are still struggling with bipolar, I assume thats why you are on it, lamictal is a better option if you don't develop the steven johnson rash, which could kill you, its rare, but there is little to no weight gain on this drug. However if you just have boughts of depression TMS is a really good option. I got off my antidepressant that i was on for 8 years since it stopped working.
Life is worthless, that's just a fact. In the end we die and literally nothing had any meaning. All your posession will stay here, all your money, nice things, nothing will stay. Then why even bother? If nothing matters then why bother? It doesn't even matter if you have a wife/husband, kids if you had some positive things in your life, it has no meaning whatsoever. Why help someone or be a good person if you're not even gonna be rewarded or there is literally no benefits from it. It's like the Linkin Park song "I tried so hard and got so far, but in the end it doesn't even matter". It's a hard pill to swallow, I know, but in the end everyone will realize this, one way or other.
life is what you make of it. I hope you do find some peace of mind though. It can be really difficult to live life without any hope. I've been there. If there is any sliver of faith in you, yourself, a higher power, people in general, it can very well help you feel a little more grounded. Medications, therapy, are always an option but deep down if trauma is hard to handle, just know that if you seek help, there will be people that show grace for you, so I do hope you find what you are looking for in life especially if it leads to a better quality of living.
CREEPY
How long did you take the Caplyta? I had to start a low dose. Took weeks to adjust to 42mg. I don’t feel happy at all but at least I’m not manic.
It was okay for a good year. If you aren't happy I'd recommend tms or adding an antidepressant to the caplyta. Unfortunately I was experiencing sensory issues and mania after a year since it stopped working. There is a flat affect with antipsychotics but years on it it does mellow out. However, if you don't experience psychosis I recommend adding a mood stabilizer Lamictal i am also on that and had tms done.
Just set big goals and go for them... That's all it takes
couldn't agree more. Anything that sets the bar to move you in a better state of mind is a good thing in my book
@BeyondBipolarBlog sorry,i didn't understand Can you clarify And please understand well my Coment and you will agree with it
Absurdism and Existentialism helped me understand the meaninglessness of reality. I decided if everything is meaningless then Ill make my own fun. Most people never even know the importance of an internal moral philosoiphy, essential to navigate life, without one you are truly lost. Though, Im covert borderline and autistic, so not the same challenges with SI as you, my extreme grandiosity seems to provide some protection.
I hope you have find peace of mind whatever what you believe in, as long as it is productive and leads to a better quality of life. It doesn't matter what you believe in as long as you don't knock anyone down including yourself. I hope you value your life and in spite your challenges your disability and what not you find away to find life worth living. Cheers.
Wish were never real / Wish were never born / Wish were never ever fucking existed / .
Most of the general population is emotionally immature and weak willed.
Good for Mood and Anxiety
agree, however it wore off after 8 years and I switched to a different antipsychotic called lybalvi
I wish i could move on from someone i love. He treat me like i dont exist he told me because i'm ugly although i have gold heart.
it sucks. I moved on from someone in 2018 and I still think about her. Been single for 8.5 years. I do hope you find who you are looking for.
You are my hero
Hey I’m in it for sleep, off label use, minimal dose. Want to stop by lately I don’t care anymore
im not sure if its a good idea to just use it for sleep without having it as a mental health problem. This drug is usually specifically used for major depression or bipolar or even schizophrenia. There are other drugs like lunesta that are sleep medication
Try rather Olanzapine. The only antipsychotic that highs you like a weed. And it does have way less side effects then other antipsychotics. Not without side effects, but still by far the best antipsychotis on market. And Olanzapine doesn't reduce your immune system function. All other antipsychotics sadly do reduce your immune system function.
the only problem I got with weed is the obnoxious smell and I didnt want that trailing throughout the house. I am sure it has great effects for many people. Seroquel is an older drug but there are other ones that are much new with lesser side effects.
@@BeyondBipolarBlog My belief is that majority of so called mental health problems are caused by hormones. Especially so called love hormone oxytocin. Certainly stress hormones also play a major role that person become crazy. I was diagnosed at 18 with schizophrenia. I am off antipsychotics now for 7 years.
I started Caplyta and it totally wrecked my relationship with my 14 year old boyfriend. Side effect caused erectile dysfunction and we could not make love. This is why I stopped it, thank God dysfunction went away, but now need to find new boyfriend. The USA is trash, I can be free with my love in Germany.
ah so sorry to hear that. Caplyta only lasted a good year for me, ended up trying vraylar which didnt work to well then switched to lybalvi for over a year now. Does cause some weight gain, but sleep is good and mania is under control and not terrible depressed. I hope you found a solution for your mental health.
@@BeyondBipolarBlog I have just taken 90 Caplyta tablets, I will not make it.
did taking risperdal give u any problems sleeping
no problems sleeping... maybe sleeping like 10 to 12 hours however, but it did give me akathesia
At first it worked and I was so happy being functional. Then it stopped and after I took Caplyta it spiraled my anxiety up the roof and got so sedated and my whole being got back to worst. Depression and irritation and anger kicked in so bad. Good luck to those who did work for them. God bless you 😢
And my bipolar came back with horrible moods and just crying and not leaving the house.
it only worked a good year for me then the sensory issues came back, i knew right away i didnt get much sleep on it but i let that slide since I was able to lose weight on it, however, my moods were getting more disruptive. I ended up trying vraylar but i was losing sleep and mania would be bad, I found lybalvi effective however, the downside is the weight gain but, I gotta bite the bullet cause overall moods are stable, and i sleep well.
Never simp, learn a trade, work out, stack your coins.
haha im a janitor for a living. Music is just a side passion i do.
Glad to see you are alive
appreciate it, and likewise!
Why are ugly people the ones with the most beautiful soul?
hang in there. Life is tough some more than others. But I am glad you found relief through your pet. It can help tremendously when people don't care. I do hope you find faith in yourself and others that may find you broken and beaten. Maybe so your support network will grow and you can find more meaning.
LORD Jesus Christ is calling you, He sees your pain and fear and doubt and frustration and wants to set you free from it all. He is the only truth, GOD LOVES YOU! Believe in the finished redemptive work of GOD Jesus Christ on the cross alone for the remission of all your sins (past, present and future) and eternal life! I Corinthians 15:3-4, “For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures: John 3:16. “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. Romans 5:8. “But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.” “I am the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father but through me.” (John 14:6) “When you declare with your mouth Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart God raised Him by from the dead you will be saved. For with the heart man believes and is justified and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.” ( Romans 10:9-10) (We don’t need to do anything to earn GODS salvation or love. He just wants us to believe.) Ephesians 2:8-9 New King James Version 8 For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, 9 not of works, lest anyone should boast. Romans 3:27-28 New King James Version Boasting Excluded 27 Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? Of works? No, but by the law of faith. 28 Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith apart from the deeds of the law. (We cannot lose salvation) Romans 8:31 What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? 32 He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things? 33 Who shall bring a charge against God’s elect? It is God who justifies. 34 Who is he who condemns? It is Christ who died, and furthermore is also risen, who is even at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us. 35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? 36 As it is written: “For Your sake we are killed all day long; We are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.” 37 Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. 38 For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, 39 nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. The book and chapter Isaiah 53 in the Bible, clearly shows what LORD Jesus Christ would do for you and all humanity on the cross to save your soul through simple acceptance in Him and His sacrifice and resurrection on your behalf to save your soul from hell and forgive you forever by FAITH ALONE!!! Not of any effort!
🙏🫂🙏
hang in there, life will get easier for you but it will get worse at first. But if you believe just a little more you will find the promise land. I could say life is shit and you wont go anywhere but that would be bad on my part, I encourage you to have a little more faith.
Paxil is poison i have been trying to come off it over a year
it definitely induced my mania and sleep issues.
Glad to hear you and your brother are doing well😊
Thanks so much
Nobody in my life knows that I attempted once and nobody ever will know :)
no one has to know, but I do hope you find life meaningful and find purpose and have goals for yourself so you can continue to have a productive life.
My time is almost here. I know I have to fall 9.5 feet to snap my neck. Don't even know why I wait
hang in there guy. Don't give up yet, I can tell you to do that but I dont want your death to rest on my conscious. Try to have a little more hope. It is a little late for a reply but I do hope you find help and at least have a little faith in yourself.
You are loved by Jesus christ he is God of life he wants you to live. Servitude to God is meaning spreading love instead of hate forgiveness is healing process be peace keeper life isn't easy. Holy Bible kjv rumors of war we are last generation to witness Jesus christ is returning in our timeliness treat each day as if Jesus christ is returning. Breathing and walking around park helps being around nature helps.
appreciate it. faith can go a long way.
Why is always about other people suffering?Im the one in mental anguish not other people.
god delt its card sometimes for the worse but you gotta deal with what you got and make the most of it, you can blame yourself and others but its just going to make you feel way worse so might as well start now and try to have a little faith in yourself. If you believe something is going to happen that is good, maybe something will happen but if something keeps happening that is bad and you believe it, you may not be around much longer and that wouldn't be good for yourself, or for others that may care for your future self, even more so your current self if you just find people that care about you. Good luck.
Welcome God, Jesus and the holy spirit into your life, feel the peace that comes ,the purpose to not just keep going, but grow spiritually, feel the healing slowly come over you, repent ,live a life in obedience to our creator, the evidence for god is overwhelming and the promise of eternal life
Peace to be with you.
I'm feeling broken ugly left behind in life.
i've felt that way but in the end I found peace. If meds arent working I recommend TMS, its a magnetic stimulation to the brain to help reset it a bit and I no longer need an antidepressant. It has helped tremendously. Have a little faith and maybe things will go well for you, and if not, and it gets worse, things will get that way before the start to get better. So believe in yourself just a little longer.
I also had that fase that i loved watching porn i don't understand what is wrong with wacthing porn omg. Gr gr Dario.
I also have no friends. I live alone and have spent the holidays alone for 5 years. All I live for is my cat. Hopefully one day we can overcome these problems.
you can do whatever you set your mind to. You just have to believe it and things will manifest for the better.
The whole point of medication is that it affects everyone differently and there are a lot of different medications to try. It can take a year or more to find medication that works for you. Granted, I agree that there are unpleasant side affects to certain medications, but sometimes it’s better to be on the medication than to be off of it. I have schizoaffective disorder and can not function without being on medication. I am sad to hear that you had a bad reaction to invega, though.
yeah akathesia was absolute nightmare went through 7 antipsychotics in 1 year had post traumatic stress and never tried antipychotics for 5 years. It was a mess. Finally got on latuda for 8 stopped working. Vraylar never worked and now been on lybalvi for over a year. Causes weight gain but sleeping well and mood is better.
@@BeyondBipolarBlog that sounds rough. I hope you’ve found medication that works for you. My doctor put me on lybalvi but that one made me sick so I had to go off of it.
Latuda doesn't seem to be helping me 😢
ive been only lybalvi, it has helped with sleep and mood, but it has caused weight gain. I have to bite the bullet on it. Latuda has helped me for 8 years but stopped working.
Don't take Vraylar trust me
tried it didnt work well for me at all. up all night.
I am mentally ill now because of how I look and how I can’t seem to look myself in the mirror for once . I don’t have any mirror at my room as I can’t bare to look at myself . It’s just been hard and I just want to end it all sometimes
take it day by day, sometimes it just takes one positive thing about yourself that you can rely on, if at all a small thing that you can try to value about yourself. find the benefit of the doubt of being grateful for one small thing. hope you find your way.
I mean good ethic
What is this 😂
😭😭😭
