This is hard to digest. Hard to believe we can only eat meat. I am just not getting this.

Apologies if this is hard to digest. By no means does this mean you can only eat meat. For a lot and most people they have the ability to properly handle oxalates and so they can tolerate dietary sources of oxalates. But for those who can not but have a diet with high oxalate foods this may contribute and be a big cause to a lot of their chronic health issues.

It's hard to live healthy , these days 21st century, when we have LOST control of what is effecting our biological chemistry 😢. 5g , 10g , 12 g, . We now are living in a microwave atmosphere 😢. ❤. Eyes mind heart and soul wide open. NO FEAR ❤! Decentralization Don't die, we are coming. ❤

Agree, there are a lot more variables to navigate through and to consider beyond food these days. 80 K chemicals created and yet only 25 % tested and then have to consider the checks and balances behind the testing. All we can do is be aware, make informed choices and do the best that we can to minimize burden on our bodies systems.

Matthew my head felt too heavy for my neck, I was in constant pain. Even walking caused more issues because of every step was impact. I nearly ended my life because it was so debilitating. I would suffer migraines. My chiropractor kept on telling me to go Carnivore, he said it was all caused by my food - it took me 5 years to believe him. Now 5 years Carnivore and I am totally fine now - I feel as though my skeletal has got stronger. Also my knees would pop like bubble wrap - this now is leaving my body.

Sally's "Data Companion" I bought, downloaded and haven't closed it on my computer since It's invaluable, I can't loose it. I read her Toxic Super Foods 9 months ago. Game changer- at age 70? who expected? After throwing out all her identified Toxic foods in my pantry, fridge, and freezer I'm this month starting to experience some changes recently. Like my eyes clearing oxalates, forgot she mentioned this often happens.

This is awesome to hear. 70 years young and seeing great health benefits. This makes me very happy to see. Often people use age to write off the possibility of health change and improvement and so often the case that there is room for improvement and the body to heal. Again thank you for sharing your story!

Plant based diets are being pushed as the best way to nourish the human body. Meats are vilified. So oxalate toxicity will never make it in news and actually they will lie about the issue. Look at canola oil is a terrible oil but people are told it’s great.

I have followed Sally's recommendations for 9 months now and while initially I felt some improvement, the past 6 months have been horrible. So much pain in my body I find it hard to cope and wonder if I will ever get better. I am 66 so I have a lot of accumulated ox, but I wonder if I have something else wrong. All my tests with blood, neurology, BP, sugar, MRI, etc. are normal. ????

Hi, we appreciate your response. I am sorry you are in so much pain. Can you tell me more on some of the specific labs you have had run? Where is the pain located and distributed? Anything that makes it worse? This is not medical advice but if we can help point you in a direction then we would love to help. Yes oxalates and their dumping can cause pain but there are lots of other potentials.

I began lo ox to heal my leg. Intense calf muscle pain. But I have developed terrible stiffness in the leg since being lo ox. Difficult mobility, rest doesn't help it, just hurts every moment I am awake. So much pt, no help. Rx no help. Blood work normal. MRI of knee, leg and lower back. They thought maybe it was my back, went to pain clinic, multiple injections no help. I think it is scar tissue build up from constant strains when I flex the leg. Developed arthritis symptoms too in hands, elbows, toes. Too numerous to state here.

@@jeljel4037I have had also intense calf under the knee area it’s hard to walk. Hurts a lot I have to elevate d foot. When this started on low ox diet it is oxalate dumping as I call it. I have to do Epsom salts bath and take extra calcium citrate this calcium triggers dumping and also helps with easeing d pain. Playing with dosage is individual. Then I have like250 mg vitamin C to bring more oxalates to ease d dumping.

Thank you for this interesting interview! I love Sally Norton ♥️ I have been carnivore for 1 yr as of June 19, 2024!! Will never go back! I added cottage cheese & berries, coffee with HWC and been the same weight for a yr, lost 30 lbs from April-June 2023 and kept it off. So many good things have happened for me not to go back to even keto!
