Do you work for EcoFlow?

@ no, I don’t. I am a customer just like you for about 6 months now. I will admit that their customer service reps are not that experience. I gained more knowledge from watching TH-cam videos and from my own experience. The setup I have was done by myself. I would suggest if you can’t return it, it should be still under warranty and you should contact them for a resolution. Good luck..

I do not know what fire alarm you are talking about because the property is fully off grid and has no fire alarms installed anywhere.

Smoke detectors are constantly beeping... replace battery then you won't tune it out

@@outbackxt Once again, the property does not have any fire alarms or smoke detectors so I cannot replace any batteries in something that just does not exist.

Even if not all DPUs are so horrible and I am an unlucky one to have a faulty unit EcoFlow offers no support, but just firmware updates that is no help because my firmware is already all up to date.

I have not tried to charge them from a gas generator because we aro going strictly solar here, but my Anker Solix F3800 was able to output 240V simultaneously with 120V when EcoFlow Delta Pro Ultra failed to do the same.

You are correct, DPU is capable of charging from 120V while outputting 240V, however, I was talking about its inability to output 120V simultaneously with 240V through its built-in outlets which is very important for a true off grid use. When I use DPU's 240V outlet it shuts off all 120V outlets.

@@ZapovednikESMA thats odd mine had no problem doing that. I was running my house from the 30A 240v outlet and using 2 or 3 of the 20a 120v outlets at the same time.

@@unijabnx2000 I do not know how you managed to do that, because my unit definitely does not allow to do that.

The property is completely off grid so there is no house panel we can connect or disconnect with our EcoFlow Delta Pro Ultra. But thank you for trying to help.

We did not hear anything indicating that centrifugal clutch was disengaging and then reengaging. It looks like something was clearly wrong with its belts because when we tried it one more time the next day, we saw the whole belt set up went on fire again and one of the belts got shredded to pieces. After such fiasco we were definitely done with this wood chipper.

@leonardomigot-yn1ti When you buy a very expensive so called commercial 5-inch 15HP woodchipper it should NOT be getting jammed on 1/4-inch sticks! And if it gets jammed it should stop spinning which this BIGBEAR POWER #BBC52 Commercial Wood Chipper failed to do. My small electric woodchipper did better than this monstrosity.

@@adamcarter4398 No it does not work at all. You should try to plug in something into 240V outlet and then another appliance into 120V outlet and you will see that they would not work simultaneously.
