this guy is actually such an underrated artist, and I love his style, sounds like the 90's vibes from Wu Tang and all, but the thing is that the success is nowhere near him, because the new generation isn't looking for oldschool songs, they only listen to the new rap shit (which is literally the worst period rap is probably ever meeting) Thank you, Mz Boom Bap, for bringing back the 90's

I don't understand why rap/boombap beatmakers does not sound like this when all is so easy to learn now a days.Listening to this is refreshing ,even if It sound as 90s nick Wiz ,buckwild,... Boombap is so wack this days ,I supposed its all drumkits fault ,no more searching and curiosity for new sounds .1L ,keep the good work!
It's easy 2 learn bro, but it takess time and not all people could spend the ammount of money that implies that kind of gear. I prefer 100% times the effort to reach that sound trought the samplers like akai, emu systems, ensoniq, roland.. In my opinion and taste but nowadays with a mouse and a laptop is possible. The difference is that wack artist just take a library and put it together to make a beat with no personality in it and sound develope.
True Boom Bap HipHop isn't "easy" to make, it's science, rocket science. It does sound easy in theory, but it is not. A SP1200 can be a weapon of mass destruction in the right hands, but it doesn't have to be.
@@BSoul-sp5di True, especially the library thing you were talking about. . When people just loop things others have found for them than it takes away half of the creative process. Having a good ear to spot samples is one of the most important things that defines your sound as a beatmaker. But just using a laptop or hardware shouldn't be the ultimate defining element. 9th Wonder made/makes his beats on fruity loops and he's one of my favourite producers. But searching your own sounds,loops etc to sample is essential. If your not doing that I compare that to a an MC who doesn't wrtie his own rhymes.
