Mate, I just want to extend my thanks. This video singlehandedly taught me everything I needed to know to fix my leaky shower. I'd tried reseating with those handcranked ones and they were total rubbish. Bought the drill bit reseater from bunnings and it's all sweet now. All the best to you mate.

We had a plumber recently install a thermann piece of shit. they took out a decade out crap one. Not rinnai and put that piece ofgarbage in. its absolutely fucking hopeless. spikes up and down, unable to deliver anywhere near 9l/m to the shower and the real estate are assholes refusing to bring the plumber back. Im gunna have a look for a wiring diagram and see if i can adjust it. Being safe of course.

Had the reseating tool and every hex tap tool you could think of from the Navy (not sure how my father got all the goodies?) but they were all stolen sadly. Worse was all the wrenches. Military grade stuff. Been 20-30 years since reseating and now getting more leaks than the Titanic since a resent visit by a plumber bath tap and spout set behind the tiles replaced. He did a pressure test now everything else is leaking! 😆😂

You do not put isolation valves on your tankless units? How do you clean the heat exchangers? Do you disconnect plumbing for service? What was the problem that was un repairable that needed a new unit?

Oh man u made this look so easy. I tried but couldn’t for the life of me get the chrome shell off the t brass. I tried so hard i warped it. Got to get a plumber. Most I know reckon that thing can be taken off but that doesn’t make sense

I heard this noise after I moved in my newly purchased house with a 5 or 6 years old water heater. The noise occurred for only about a minute whenever some one used hot water. But one month later the noise stopped. Not sure whether the underlying problem is till there...
