      @@DCeeee No, he submitted his skeleton argument as we walked into court, CPR rules state we must get it 3 days before court, the defence was a technicality with the form we could have corrected had we known his argument beforehand and we would have won. Case was dismissed on technicality but his claimed my case was without merit (fake) but the judge refused the claim so we could resubmit if we wanted
